Description
Overture plays as dreamers awaken in a new dimension formed by sleepers' hopes and dreams. This otherworldly environment looks like a sprawling ocean floor, with sun rays beaming through a reflective watery surface and creatures playfully gliding through the air. Although a place like this seems serene at first glance, there's still dangers lurking in the dark cracks of this otherwise peaceful world. Dream Pirates soar through the air on huge ships, stealing the dreams from sleepers, and it looks like they found you.

Theme

Inside my world
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
I decided to go with the photo theme and create music based off of a Peter Pan kind of idea, with fantasy and pirates. I used Ableton to create the music, and focused heavily on orchestration and motion with waves for Overture to invoke a sense of peace as players are greeted to a new world, while completely flipping that sound and crafting a fast, loud, and energetic piece with Dream Pirates using synths, drums, and an electric guitar to present the antagonists of this world.

Interesting concept! Overture is pretty, but you hooked me once Dream Pirates picked up, that one is definitely a banger. Great work overall!

Great use of the water sounds in the first track and adding a more rhythmic and dynamic approach in the second track is nice! Well done!

The first OST is so peaceful; I could listen to it over and over again. The composition is well executed *_* The second OST is a real banger; it makes me want to fight Captain Hook in an epic battle, haha! You did a great job! ❤

the first track is just awesome, it has such a sound of waking up in somewhere familiar and completely being surrounded by somewhere sprawling with beauty.

the second track sounds like electric pirates. i like pirates a lot, so it gets bonus points. the composition's well done, the mixing is nice, everything about these tracks. good job!

The second track is my favourite here! I like that it's upbeat, but also kind of dark and mysterious, and I like the use of electric guitar here; good work!
