Explain your hypothetical game concept & how you interpreted the theme!
The first thing I thought of when I saw the theme, was for some reason anime theme songs. Now it has been some time since I have last seen an anime (I prefer reading) but the music from what I can remember/feel like I remember, sounds like catchy/poppy rock music with disco drums and jazz chords, so that's what I made.
I started with a more heroic theme in the intro, because of the jam theme and all, and I wanted to use it more throughout the entire song to keep it in a more hero territory, but I ended up grooving too hard, whoops.
What genre is your soundtrack?
Synthy Disco Rock, I dunno
Anything else you'd like to add?
I barely did the challenge, but the whole tone scale is present in the melody in the bridge, or maybe you can call it the chorus? and I also use a F#7aug chord in the clean guitar in that section, so that might count as well.
