Very nice art! And an interesting play on the theme too 🐹🍎

Honestly, I feel like I could've used this when coming up with a game for the game jam. Very fun project with some great artwork, well done!

Great art & animation! A cute little distraction that fits both the theme and makes good use of the crank.

I also wonder if there’s something I’m missing. I’ve got nothing against interactive experiences – but this does present itself as something that you can play, as opposed to just experience with some interactivity (what with the timer and all)

This was adorable!! I’m always so jealous when someone can put such dense and playful work on the PD, this gave me a big smile!

Edit: the opening character zoom especially got me 😂

much like this guy, i too just have a hamster inside my brain doing its best

a really fun little game, i can see huge potential in showing this to someone as a demo for what the playdate's crank can do. i did wonder if there was some kind of win condition depending on what the guy is holding? i went in thinking i had to find the words that best matched up with the object in his hand. it seems more like a chill "have fun with it" scenario 😎 fun to try and find the funniest combo or just pick at random and see where it takes you

Thank you! There's a very soft grading system based on rough proximity of words to the object shown, with a few combinations being the "ideal" answer, a fairly big pool being "good", and all others being "way off" but all it really impacts is the image you get at the end card. Most of the fun is definitely in the weirder combinations anyway! Stretch goal would be more items and a clearer success condition for sure

Super cute and fun game!! Reminds me of Mad Libs, and I had a really nice time creating forgetful sentences with it 💚

I remembered my fun times while playing at the FORGOT SOMETHING

I love how it is controlled mostly with the crank, very satisfying!

The visuals are great I love them and the produced world salad is very funny. Maybe at the beginning you could show this crank indicator because I was pressing all the buttons until I realized I need to use the crank :D

Pretty creative use of the crank for the mad lib selection. Really enjoyed the aesthetics  and seeing what combos I could make for my word salad at the end

This is a cute trinket. I especially like the scrolling crank intro!
