Wow, this is awesome game! This is the best speedrunning game I played so far! Its easy to pick and the more skill you get the faster you can beat it with all the secret short cuts. Great game :D

Developer

thank you!

Simple yet unique! I like it

Great gameplay for a speedrunning game. Easy to understand but hard to master. Nice work!

Very fun to play!! Really good idea to include those little areas where you can skip stuff if you do it right. I appreciate that the checkpoint trigger is larger than the actual object haha

Went back to this game after playing it 2 days ago or yesterday. I really like the concept I just wish there was some sort of visual indicator when you are overheated. Maybe smoke comes off. I cant tell if the jump I am doing is powered or not. Could be cool if there were more smoke and etc the more powerful your jump is. Maybe even some screenshake. Game is really fun just need some game feel.

Developer

totally agree. Thanks for the feedback!

I love this game so much it's unreal, very satisfying movement and one of the most fun ones in the jam.

My time is 50,593.

The concept is very cool, it's really funny. The idea of secret ways to save time is really good.

Amazing, original and above all fun gameplay (which is not to be taken for granted).A single mechanic taken and exploited to perfection, I sincerely enjoyed playing it. Good job!

Very fun game! The movement took a bit of getting used to but after I did the game became a blast to play! This is example of a good mix of difficulty with fun

You did a very good job :D

This was a fun game. Only thing that sucked about it was me. Super simple concept yet such a great execution. Was a good time.

it’s insane how much this has not fundamentally changed in its core since the first version I saw… but how much you made it FEEL good.

props to you in seeing merit in the movement, I honestly didn’t think the idea had legs when I played your first version and now you made it into something that is legit fun.

i’m sure you know all of this since you added them but… all the sfx, background, squash, etc… make such a huge difference in feel

the fact that you don’t have to touch the flags but just go over a line for breakpoints is great too

my biggest criticism is that I’m not super sold on the theme, it feels much more like “i’m charging my super attack” than “I’m overheating”, it’s quite the stretch

sound is good

aesthetics are very well done for the purpose, great use of simple shapes

the mechanics are very smoooooth and i really like the simplicity

Great game! The bouncing was impactful and polished!

A pretty fun game, I wish i had just a bit more control of the stick. I mean I kind of do, but it felt very random. Maybe it just takes some skill, but I liked the game overall.
