Feels like a professional quality game. Really well realised on every level. The cannon room in particular was a joy to work through. We all loved this one.
Loved the mechanic and the various ways you found to use it, especially the library puzzle. This did a great job of communicating objectives with minimal direction. I also really enjoyed each of the boss fights.
Amazing art, great music and fun puzzles! This would be totally at home on GBA.
Dannnnnng really nice job! The optional DSD fight was fantastic. I almost got stuck on the Primeval Mask fight but figured it out eventually! 10/10 vibes, this game was just such a pleasant experience from beginning to end.
Really cute and clever game! I thought the puzzles were brilliant and the boss fights were amazing! Well done!
Super fun and charming little game. Gave me real Minish Cap vibes with the shifting sense of scale. Great work!
Wonderfully charming in presentation and a solid game to boot. The wool and fire mechanics work really well, with a bit practise you can carry the fire around and keep landing explosions on the bosses, the game feel as a whole is so good. Really liked the writing and pacing, just an awesome game all around.
This was so much fun. Great concept and execution - one of my favorites from this year.
What an excellent production all around! Thinking in reverse to solve the puzzles - the creativity of the gameplay elements. Really a great time and fantastic execution.
A simple idea used to more or less its maximum potential without becoming annoying. The only point I did get a bit frustrated was with the bathroom boss, though that is mostly on me for thinking the solution was more intricate since you can turn the faucet on and off.
Really awesome game. Amazing art, Epic Music, and you used the fact that Big George was made of cotton! A bit confusing at some parts, but subtle hints to solve the puzzles! This one might win!
I'm really impressed by this game, the main mechanic is so simple but it was so effective and fun! The puzzles were really well thought out and the way each character's power played out in the story was very fun, specially the final boss. One of my favorite things from the game is seeing how it changed when George absorbed more cotton at the end of each stage, really nice touch! This was a really fun and well made game, congrats!
Fantastic game! Loved the sprites and your use of the music and sound effects. Some really clever ways to use his mechanics in the various puzzles and boss fights too.
Just a great all around little game. I love the clever mechanics. It's really cool that you managed to make so many interesting boss fights that take advantage of the cotton abilities.
I'm stuck in the Primeval Mask fight. Nothing seems to interact with anything else, in either version of the fight. Great game so far though!
The Primeval Mask fights (if it was not somehow broken) requires some baiting of Primeval Mask's attacks to make a fire source. Thanks for playing though!
I absolutely loved this. You really squeezed so much creativity out of the mechanic and the simple pixel art fits perfect. Also loved the sound design. Really hit the nail on the head in every way.
I really liked all the characters used, very creative, the growing and changing env. were also pretty fun.
Loved the small-> big level design and humor.
Very neat core puzzle mechanic and the excellent art really helps convey the progression. And this does a very good job of making puzzles and fights feel very different even though you are engaging with them with the same mechanics
Really liked this. Neat central mechanic and a fun premise, as well as a perfect use of the DSD rule. Particularly liked the visuals during the intro and ending. Great work all round!
Thanks for playing! Seeing how everyone implements DSD is always the highlight for me in these jams haha
