This is such a well-realized baseball game and one of the most despicable depictions of The Champ. I hope one day Walrus, Seraphina and George escape him!

I have to admit I am terrible at this kind of game, I also don't quite understand how baseball works. But this is a very well made game and I really like how it is put in the context of the characters competing. It is charming and well executed , and the dialogs are also funny. Good work!

Very impressive to see a baseball game made for the jam. Having my baseball knowledge originating 100% from just watching the marble betting streams, this looks mechanically very good! Now just need to beg DSD to give me some anime powers so I can win...
After I have powers incorporated. (I have a few ready to go.) I should definitely have the cheat team with busted powers.

Oh boy. If you download v.1.01 I messed up a variable in that version that caused it to skip straight to the third match. Please replace it with v.1.02. I apologize for the inconvenience. I promise not to rush out an update again. Double, and triple checking from here on!
Oh man do I suck at sports games, this kicked my but. Love the style though, it reminded me of PS1 era Japanese games.

Your game had me yelling at these little guys trying their hardest to catch up to pop fly.. just like the real thing, baby! I'm glad someone made a sports game, it must have taken a lot of work getting that AI to function. One little bug I ran into was that after I beat the game I tried to paly it again but it loaded the final cutscene instead. Not a big deal to have to close the game and reopen it, but I thought you should know!

Yoooo baseball! I find batting hard as heck but it's very fun, love the style of the 3D models, the picture-in-picture moments. When someone goes to steal a base it's like a Wild West quickdraw, had loads of fun with this one.
Thanks! I used approximations of real world pitching speeds. I think it's a bit much for the average player though lol. I strike out pretty regularly myself. Makes me appreciate the reaction times real players must have.
Wow, i got my butt kicked. turns out betting marbles on a bunch of baseball doesnt make you good at it. still had a good time though. love the look of the baseball games and the models for the players are really cute
Thanks! I think it's a bit hard to be good at as is. A lot of it comes down to luck. That's why I made sure for there to be no real failure state. You just get a few different scenes depending on wins or losses. In some cases I like the lose scene more anyway.
This was fun! May have lost hard to Seraphina, but I was having fun the whole time. Nice work!
Thank you, glad to hear! I found sometimes I would crush her, and other times she'd blow me out. There's a lot of rng. It would probably even out more over a longer game, but the 30 minute time limit had me keeping the games to 1 inning.
Fun baseball game! Loved the base camera. The actual baseball simulation was pretty tight and I didn't experience any real bugs.
