It's a fantastic short game, with a creative concept in my opinion.

Only very minor gripe I have is the floatiness of jumps. I find it slightly awkward but that's really my own preference. It's a very fun game nonetheless, it's good-looking and my mind was blown away when I found out the main melody changes with the character.

Watch me have too much fun with the character select screen in my showcase video:

A fun platformer with nice art!

The best part is the sprites combination, a very creative way to make them shoot according to the character.
The only problem I see is that if you never stop shooting, the options combine in a deadly  Rei-Mari-Youmu strange shot that kills anything, even the boss in matter of seconds, not that I complain about that, it was cool to see it xD.

Audio is nice, very funky and entertaining, but the rhythm repeats so much that it gets tiresome at some point. Secondary audio is neat, really adds to the bgm.

Very cool concept! I liked how cute fused characters look like, and the music is great too, especially with its fusion. Battle system is nice but it gets a bit repetetive after the middle of the game. I'd really be happy if you continue working on this project after the jam.

Dang, this is really good. My only complaint is that enemies are pretty static and combat doesn't have much feedback, but that makes sense considering how quality everything else is. The sprites are amazing, and every other part of the visuals is on the same level. Also, not only is the music great on its own, but sounds like it's dynamic and the melody changes between characters? That's a really cool feature, and definitely suits the similarly neat mechanic of getting character switches as an available powerup.

Great use of the theme. The game is gorgeous, the music is great and the gameplay is solid.

I liked the game quite a lot overall, but I wanted to comment to specially praise the music because it's some of the best I've heard so far in the jam, love the sonic-like beat

Love the sprites and the music use. There's nothing better than Youmu holding her hand out as her sword remotely does her bidding.

It took me a while to figure out how to get past the first wall because double jump wasn't working for me. I didn't realize you had to wait for the character to be falling (rather than rising) before you could do the second jump.

This is similar to the other idea I had for the jam. For my idea there would be at least five different abilities and they could be chained together in different orders, so like you'd have a homing amulet that bursts into swords that shoot lasers for example. I knew I couldn't make that in the jam's three days, but it was fun to imagine how silly it could get. XD

This is a cool take on the combo theme. I was surprised that the shots can go through terrain, but I'm not complaining. One thing though, is that I keep losing my second jump when I didn't expect it, and not sure why. All said, the soundtrack and sprite work really hit the mark. Thoroughly enjoyed.

I really like the visuals and the audio, but the controls are way too obtuse for me. Even on gamepad, I was restricted to using my DPad instead of my control stick (I do not know if this is a me problem though), and I found it very odd that I had to use WASD even in the beginning menu. I feel like I'd be able to enjoy this a lot more if I could map my controls, or maybe use ZX and arrow keys (that one's just because I'm left-handed though)

Overall I do really like it, the fusion mechanic is great and I'm a big fan of that

pixel artstyle is super rad, and i like the music and swapping mechanics

seems like marisa gets the most in the way of power (because of the shot stack bug) and sprites but i play her anyway so all good stuff. kind of weird to use the laser though since you can't shoot straight up while moving
dynamic-like music is also nice

I really liked the music tracks changing depending on the character, though I spent most of the game playing as Marisa, spamming the attack that automatically homed in on the enemies so it was a little bit too easy for my tastes. But overall, cool concept!

Seeing the title at first, I didn't expect much of the game but I've gotta say, it's probably one of the best ones I've played during this entire game jam!

I especially love the dynamic music and the spritework! Though it shows that there were some cut corners, the game was still really fun!

Congratulations to all of you three!

Well I gotta say I damn well enjoyed that one. More polish than I expected given the tight time limit.

Visuals were solid and consistent all the way through, having a clean stylised chibi look that worked well for the most part. I liked the fusions visually though it could of been a touch more overt.
Backgrounds were also quite pretty with the light rays.

As for gameplay, it was decent. I enjoyed running around blasting with all 3, even though I think Youmu could use a touch more range. But that's just me. (She has a hard time reaching without a fusion)
And as for the fusions, I felt the concept was cool but could of been done better.  For one, if you collect all 3, all 3 should always be active (I did have that happen but I suspect that's a bug). Because you can't control which one you really get if you accidentally have drops land on you. And you can lose your primary even, which seemed odd (And maybe a bug)
I'd make the fusions time out, as a way to encourage grabbing them.

Boss was simple but alright. Easy though.

Music was also a nice touch with it changing depending on the fusion.

Overall, I really enjoyed this one. You did damn well for a gamejam. Nice job

i like how the music swaps when you pick different characters, marisa didnt seem to work properly, but the spritework was nice

I really liked how the music changed depending on which character (power) you were using, and how they all meshed with the background track really well. The same with the hats.

The game is pretty simple and easy, though it kind of feels like Reimu, Marisa, and Youmu are the Easy, Normal, and Hard modes respectively. Reimu is pretty strong.

There were some visual bugs, but the only real game-ending bug I encountered was when I was playing as Youmu and picked up a Marisa orb. The sprite turned into Marisa and then I nothing came out when I attacked.

Thank you for pointing that bug out. I made a fix for that, which obviously, isn't relevant for the judging, but I wanted to have it working :)
