Really good and simple puzzle game!

Wait what can I say? Huh...

I really liked the flower's graphics too.

Man, I haven't got much to say other than I had fun with this game, so here's a video of me playing it:

EXCELLENT!  A unique puzzle game that's very well-designed.  The dev should consider making a full-version!

Developer

Thank you! I'm considering it.

A very interesting and mind bending puzzle game. The aesthetic feels very Zen and the sound design is good too. Neat game and I look forward if this gets expanded. I would highly recommend adding a relaxing BGM to it as the cherry on top.

These are some fun puzzle mechanics though I think I solved some of the harder ones purely by trial and error/luck oops. Water droplet mechanics weren't super obvious and I thought they had to be selected to activate at first, figured out they were based on action count when droplets with differing counts started showing up in later levels though.

My brain has melted playing this game but I can't stop playing Really cool idea and really good level design. Although I did really know what I was supposed to do but I was able to figure it out and it's the game feels really fun once it clicked.

I loved this one, but I wondered, "why is level 6, harder than 7 and 8?" xD
The water spirits made it really hard to think on solutions, good job.

This got me thinking and I just love puzzles, the story is fair simple, but the ending worth it.

Developer(+1)

Seven is just like catching your breath, and was meant to have more story and mark the transition to the hard puzzles. Eight was supposed to be harder, oops.

I love the art and the gameplay style. This is definitely a game I could enjoy getting good at

This was fun. Some of the puzzles definitely got me thinking for a bit. Great ending, too.

the puzzles are nice, even though im not much of a puzzle person.
the feedback on pressing any button was great, and the bacon flower is my favorite.
the only thing i wasnt super sure of was how water worked, since it would seemingly randomly turn into ready water, and before that it was a bunch of droplets, sometimes it would need 5, sometimes it would need 3 i think, i wasnt sure.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! The water droplets increase each time you act, and combine into a large one when they reach five, but I'll try to find a way to make it more clear how they work.

Them puzzles are real thinkers, and I’m sad to admit but I got filtered out by Puzzle #5 (thanks for posting the ending Karob). Really enjoyed the sounds and visual feedback!

Mmmm bacon flower…

Developer

Bacon flower. I'll have you know they are organically grown osmanthus with a full-bodied floral flavor.

puzzles have some nice depth to them, managed to make it through all of them. weird water flower is an awesome mechanic and nothing is too out there

I hate how an puzzle idea can be so simple yet so complex. One or two of the levels had solutions that weren't so obvious so props for making those. You hinted that the ending was worth having a gander and boy, it had me like

Wow, this is a really complete game with how all of the sound, art, etc. comes together, it has a lot of charm and very much fits the casual/relaxing puzzle game style. It was a little difficult, but nothing too frustrating, and I had plenty of fun playing it. (Also, the ending was indeed amazing.)

Interesting puzzle. Someitme required flowers may look scary as there is more types and more overall amount.  Art and story is cute.

Only thing I'd wished is game telling better instruction about water, because I thought you have to cut spirits to form water, when it's just takes time.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I'll try to clarify how the water works.

I am losing my mind trying to solve these (and that's a good thing).

Five stars!

Submitted(+1)

Thank you for that ending

the sound really works well, even if it doesn't have a proper song in the background, all the sfx were very clean in the game, unexpectedly polished for a game jam project, and there were some interesting puzzles in the game as well...

Developer(+1)

I'm glad to hear that! Some of the sounds were made for my previous jam project, but didn't get used there, so I was thrilled that they actually fit this one and it saved me some time.

The Jam Version crashes before you can see the ending, so here's a screenshot if you missed it: https://i.imgur.com/t0s6Ors.png
