Well it's a good platforming action game.
There are some little things that bug me:
*there are times where if Reimu is sliding along a wall, she either swipes with the gohei or shoots. And whether she does which seems random (at least to me)
*for airdashes: I find it awkward how if you're inputting Left/Right + Up, then priority is given to Left/Right. I think it would be much better if Up was prioritized instead because then you won't need to stop going left/right to dash upward - in action games there are times where you WILL want to keep going left/right while you're doing an input that needs the Up button.
*And the fight was a bit of a pain for me. Although I think you are supposed to jump in on the openings in the attacks, having to hit 12 times with the amulets takes forever. And I couldn't smack Patche with the gohei even once because she really liked to hang out high in the air when I played.
The other aspects of the game are good. The controls are nice enough (except for the aforementioned airdashes), and the sound feedbacks are on point. Challenge-wise it's good (except for the aforementioned long waiting between phases that holds the pacing back).

Good art and gameplay! Special mention for having an easy mode for bad players like me. Also funny, flailing, Patchouli.

Ojala haya mas juegos en nuestro idioma para la Jam /o/.
Sin embargo hay problemas clave en terminos de gameplay, y bastante molestos además.
Los amuletos se disparan a una distancia tremendamente corta y ni siquiera un salto alto garantiza que darán en el blanco, no porque no apuntes bien, sino porque simplemente no llegan, y eso es peor que bajen poca vida, porque si quisiera atacar al enemigo de cerca usaría el gohei para empezar xD.
Ese es el segundo problema, me encanta el gohei como arma porque baja más a costa de tener que acercarte al oponente, pero desaparece al dar un doble salto, desde mi punto de vista, deberían ser ataques separados, para darle al jugador varias formas de jugar en lugar de forzar el uso de los sellos para alcanzar enemigos voladores.
La historia se me hizo simpatica, otro dia normal en Gensokyo xD.
Cool combos and navigating the world feels great. I do wish the text fast forward was faster.
I had to give up at the boss because the extreme screen shake really hurt me.
A nice game all-round, except with the boss. She's really hard to hit and at first I was okay with that because I could hit her every once in a while and I figured her health would be suited to this combat style, but then it looks like she has four total healthbars, so I cut my losses
I really want to like this game, because it does almost everything right, but the boss fight is unbearable. I think I know how to hit her during the multi-directional laser attack without taking damage, but the conditions for this to be possible (Patchy moving towards the wall I'm wall-jumping off) are rare, and the following attack is more of the same. It doesn't help that the first attack is also a "patience check" where the player is basically waiting for the boss to present an opening.
I guess the game does a good job of conveying the frustration of not being able to fly, but it's just not fun to play.
physics and weapons are cool but make it kind of hard to hit the boss, especially how you lose the gohei when double jumping. incredible that you managed to get all four difficulties within the jam time though
Wow, this is seriously impressive for one person. I really liked the sprites and art, the movement was nice, and the story was straightforward. The boss fight was a little too difficult for me on normal though, I think the lasers for example were a little too tough to get hits in with essentially just being able to jump and attack sideways.
It's really amazing, with four difficulty levels, dialogues, and a bossfight, I'm really impressed with how much it did in so little time! Reimu's moveset tho, doesn't feel very comfortable for the bossfight. Also, gracias por ponerlo en español Ouo
Very impressive for one person! A lot of movements and the controls feel right, although to be honest I could not beat patchy in normal, and the graphics specially the character sprites are cute . Also I think some music would help a lot! hola btw nice to see another Spanish speaker
I beat it in Lunatic Mode ÒwÓ
But I'll realy consider to decrease the difficulty, also would to add some music after.
Considero que todos los videojuegos deberían tener el español entre sus idiomas disponibles.
pretty good game except at the ending after i beat patchy and she started shaking on the floor erratically it saying thanks for playing IN EASY MODE!! so i punched my computer screen and it started flying so maybe reimu could not fly but my computer on fire can and currently is
