The lighting and effects look totally awesome! The controls were smooth too. Perhaps have the red lasers cast a light on the ground so the player can tell when to jump a little better? However it is still really fun. Great job making and submitting such a cool game! Please check out my browser game if you can.

Fun game with immense replayability, and amazing cinematic graphics and intriguing music.
I dont know how you did it but I found this game to be super fun and addicting. Its always at the right level of intensity while not being too hard. Got the highscore of 192 really good game!

This was really fun and interesting! Idk how it goes with the theme but it was still a great experience! I kept playing lol and got a highscore of 81 xd, also what do all those relics do? Like the three yellow squares, the blue ones you collect? A bit lost on that however it was still an amazing game!

Thanks a lot! the theme is in the description, i was supposed to make a cinematic but i run out of time ^^ the character is snail from will you snail who is a 2d character, and lets say that there is a bug and he is dreaming in 3d. A little stupid but yes O_O sadly the collectibles where supposed to be used for visual upgrades that also didn't make it in the game xD Well that's what you get when you loose the first two days on polishing the look and the movement.. and the platforms are just easter eggs ^^ this one was supposed to be a triforce but with cubes instead of triangles, just a zelda reference ^^
Ohhh I see now I understand LOL! Well those two days were WORTH IT because the movement and game play alone is amazing!!

4. I love the small gimmicks you put in there (like the bonfire or the pipe)
My only complaint would be that i hit slight performance issues after a while but other than that it's a pretty damn good game.
Really nice game, it is more polished the it has any right to be in a time so short. Great visuals, sounds and music are fitting, gameplay is well-balanced. It didn't once feel unfair.
My only complaint is that having a double jump was not communicated clearly, and I only noticed after a few rounds.
Overall, this is a highly polished game, which I had a lot of fun with! Great job! :)

Great game! It's simple and I would think about making a mobile version. You probably should add some more features, but as a jam game it's epic!
