Unfortunately, I dont think rating other peoples games who need ratings was as effectivein this jam compared to ludum dare

Hi, thanks for giving the game a play! Yea, unfortunately I left the controls inverted when I submitted the game so most people will probably have a hard time with them. I was hoping a multiplayer game would encourage more people to play the game, but I guess it does make sense for this kind of thing to have not worked out as well. The only info on the left to be shown would be the growth meter and leaderboard, not sure if thats what you were missing.
Hi, thanks for giving the game a play. Unfortuantely, I didnt have much time to create a tutorial, but the premise is to consume creatures of the same size or smaller than your wyrm. The growth bar, as well as, the wyrms colors indicate what color of creature you can consume. For example, the starting color is green, meaning the only creatures you can consume are the green ones, until you grow to a new color.
After the voting ends, Ill be uploading a new file that will have many fixes and updates. I hope you will give it another try then.
Hi, thanks for giving the game a play. Im not sure why you were having the issues you had, as it has ran fine for me and many of my friends. How were you trying to play with a friend if I may ask? Were you on two seperate computers or trying to play on one? If you were trying to play on a single computer that would be the problem, as this game is online multiplayer and requires each player to play on their own device. Thats my only thought, for the bugs you had.
Aside from that, it definitely still needs some polish. Once the voting ends ill be uploading a new file that will have a lot of fixes and updates, so hopefully you will give it another try then.
The beginning to the game was good, but the rest of the game suffers. It could really use more player interaction to give the game a better fun factor. Also, waiting till ALL the snails finish is so painful, especially if you know you already lost. Good job making something unique and clever on the focus and theme!
If you'd be so kind to play my game and leave any feedback, I would really appreciate it! It is a multiplayer game, so I suggest playing with a friend/s, but its not necessary.
Well I feel like a fool, I could not figure out the the first room for the life of me. I looked through all the hints and tried every combo I could think of that made sense, but to no avail. That said, I really liked the theme and setting. Game was fun and I would've liked to have continued, but it is too hard for me haha. Good Job!

I had to turn the mouse sensitivity all the way down to have any amount of control without him just falling over lol. But once I had that it was pretty smooth sailing, I think I got to like 4,900 or something and that was the highest I could manage to get. The art style is really unique and pretty, nailing all the markers and getting that tune to play was really nice, but controls were a little too punishing. I didn't really see the theme in there personally, but I say good job!

I didn't run into any bugs, gameplay was fun and interesting enough to try a few times before I gave up. The game just really need more polish and better sound especially. Something that took me a long time to learn in making games was sound, but lemme tell you, it is arguably more important than graphics. Obviously all aspects matter, but sound is something you really don't want to short change yourself on. I recommend buying a asset pack like universal sounds by imphenzia or something else extensive, cuz its very helpful to have for game jams. Overall good job, and I wish you the best of luck with the rest of development!

Idea of the game was fun, Though I seemed to not take damage when getting hit and in the third room the button trigger wasn't working, so I wasn't able to progress any further. Maybe that was because a chicken got caught up in the top of the game and was unreachable and needed to die? Idk, but I loved the music and I thought the ability to switch color pallets was interesting. Good job!

Super fun to play, the style, ui and sound are all well done and fit together nicely. Controls are pretty good, but braking is almost irrelevant and could have been replaced with just drifting. I had to download 7zip to extract it, but that's no biggy. Overall it was a solid fun game, good job!

This was a decent tower defense game. I did run into a few bugs, such as placing, blank tiles in front of roads, or accidentally placing tiles when I was trying to rotate the camera, but overall it was fun. There didn't seem to be any difficulty curve, however. As soon as I got 3 defenses down I never had a single car escape, so it could use a difficulty curve to keep it interesting. It also didn't have any sound for me? That said I know how complex a hex grid system is and there were a decent amount of mechanics going on there, so I say good job!

Playing this alone was very hard lol. It could have used a single player mode, or maybe a max laps to complete the level. Also, wasn't really sure how the boxing part should be used. At first I was trying to box the enemies and nothing happened so I figure its for hitting the other player? I also didn't realize there were laps being counted until afterwards when I looked at the screenshots. Maybe my screen resolution is too big to see them. Overall a simple and fun game for two, good job!
If you would be so kind to play my game and leave any feedback, I would greatly appreciate it! It is also a multiplayer game, so playing with a friend/s is suggested, but not necessary.
This game is pretty hard, I almost completed level 2 after like 20 attempts, but then I died. Definitely a rager. I thought the how you handled the focus and theme was pretty clever, but there were definitely some problems. I think Toxagen already covered it all, but give this game some polish and make it more user friendly and you could have a fun rage platformer. Good Job!

Sorry to hear you weren't able to run it on Linux. I'm not very familiar with Linux, but I know I wasn't able to make a Linux build prior to submitting the game. I also, forgot to change the project name from "multiplayer tutorial" to the game name, as a I had followed a tutorial on getting netcode for game objects setup in the game.
The game was fun enough for me to retry multiple times, mainly cuz I wanted to see if I could beat it haha. The art and animations were really good, but unfortunately, the menus don't do the game justice. Music was good, but there wasn't really any sfx. Game was restricted to a windowed size and there weren't any options to change volume, screen size or anything, but it wasn't that necessary. Overall a pretty beautiful and simple game. Good Job!

This game is so hard haha. I tried like 5 times, got 2 generators, but man the AI moves fast. The other problem I ran into was that I would get stuck on edges and not get out of the way fast enough which got me killed a lot. I think the overall vibe and style of the game works with the music, but actually doesn't work with the movement. Making a grid based movement would've really benefitted the game and making the game less punishing or easier would've made it easier to play for longer. Good job!

Unfortunately, My screen resolution is too large for me to play this game I think. Its automatically in fullscreen and I don't seem to have a way to resize it. I'm guessing there's a button in the beginning to start the game, but I cant see it or reach it. Would love to know if I'm missing something here so I can play!
Meanwhile, if you'd be so kind to try my game and leave any feedback, that would greatly be appreciated! It's a multiplayer game so I suggest playing with a friend/s, but its not necessary.
Very fun game game! I think I got to week 5 or 6 before I died. Everything needed was there to play, and it wasn't hard for me to get started and learn it quickly. I saw the comments below and realized later that windowed would help some stuff show up on screen, but honestly I didn't even need the stopwatch or list to play, have fun and keep completing everything. Took me a little bit before I learned the click sound was that I cleared the room, but it was very helpful to know later. Great Job!

The file download, unfortunately, is only the executable. It needs the rest of the files to play it! Idk if this is your first gamejam, but usually you compress the full files that you get from your build and then upload that compressed file. I'd try reaching out to the hosts and see if they will allow you to upload a new file someway? Wish I could give it a play.
I will report it and hopefully the hosts give you a chance to reupload, keep an eye on your email!

Waves stop spawning after the first stage. I played to stage 3 to see if it would start working again but it didn't. There's enough sound to get you through, but it was missing a lot of polish for sound, and UI. There were a decent amount of grammatical errors, including in the cover art! That said, this game was VERY fun and if the spawning didn't break I would've kept playing. Give this game another month of work and polish and it would easily be sellable. Great Job!
I would appreciate it if you tried playing my game too and any feedback would be awesome! It is multiplayer, so having a friend/s to play with you would be great, but it's not necessary.
This was a really cute game, I loved clicking the title lol. Met the focus and theme in a clever way, but it could have used some UI to indicate you can pick up items, and maybe when the frogs are aggroed and where to bring the sandwich when you complete it. I had to figure out a lot, but to your credit I was able to figure it quickly, even dropping items. I would've given the graphics a 5 instead of a 4 if the animations were better/more, but the models and UI are very good. No bugs in my playthrough either. Good Job!
I'd really appreciate it if you would be willing to play my game and leave any feedback. Its a multiplayer game so I do suggest playing it with a friend/s, but its not necessary.
Game could use an additional fun factor, such as; beating a stage within a certain time or getting a rating on how fast you beat the stage. Also, it needs more interaction for the player, like allowing them to aim the starting direction of a new ball or maybe resetting balls when they get soft locked (as Toxagen mentioned in their comment). A settings menu is also needed to control sound, and screen size options and there was no quit button. Besides having two balls soft lock I ran into one bug where the option to spawn an additional ball of each color did not work. I don't feel like the game met the theme at all and didn't really fit the focus either. The only reason I wouldn't report it for not meeting the focus is that beating the stages faster could be interpreted as a race against time. All things aside, it has potential to be a good chill game. Good Job!
If you would like to give my game a play, I'd really appreciate any feedback on it. It is a multiplayer game, so I do suggest trying to play with a friend, but its not necessary.
Game was fun, I didn't have any problems playing and I don't think I ran into any bugs. A clever way of handling the focus and I understood the theme of escaping bankruptcy, but I think there maybe should have been a starting number of money you needed to save to escape bankruptcy. It would have been nice to have had a mouse sensitivity option, but overall it was a flushed out game. Good Job! If you would be interested in checking out my game and giving any feedback I would really appreciate it! My game is called Sea Wyrms. Its a multiplayer game, so I suggest trying to get a friend to play with you, but its not necessary.
