Super unique spin on the prompt! Interesting and bold direction with the sound design, makes it really stand out! Very charming and easy to read graphics :D

I would not have guessed this was your first jam game! The art direction and tone of the game work nicely, and the teleport mechanic is neat!

Insanely well polished! Unique spin on the prompt for sure. Well done!

Very very cool! Great art and sound direction! A lot of great atmosphere for such a small game.

Very creative take on the prompt! I could see this becoming something people would get really hooked on! Great presentation!

Really love the art style! Very unique look!

Takes me back to my obsession with The Impossible Game. Simple, but addicting.

Really dig the art and atmosphere. I got stuck pretty early. I think I kept having a glitch make it to where I couldn't walk left anymore, or maybe that's a mechanic? I couldn't totally tell. Nevertheless, I like what I played. Cool concept, would enjoy seeing a full version of this!

I'm a sucker for a platforming challenge. Idk if ya hit the mark as far as the jam's theme goes, but it seems like you put some good work into making something at the very least.

Neat and very charming! I'm not smart enough to be good at it, but you peppered in a good sense of humor to keep my attention!

Thanks! Yeah, I see how you could get that from the visuals lol.  I was planning on having a bunch more symbols as enemy types to represent characters of an alien alphabet, but time ran too short. Glad ya liked it!

Much appreciated feedback! I've done art and animations for game projects, but this year I wanna buckle down and finally tackle coding. I learned a lot/ a lot finally clicked with me on why the bones of coding are what they are. I'm pretty excited to build this game from the ground up knowing what I know now without a time limit. Excited to do more of these jams this year!

Hey thanks! I wanted to honor the simple time waster games of my youth like Coptr and Cubefield :)

Thanks for the feedback! I wanted to make something easy to pickup with a simple objective.

Fun little minigame! Well put together!

Very nice little puzzle game. Can see myself getting really hooked on this. Great presentation and UI.

Charming graphics! I was confused the whole time, but it looked pretty!

Really well stylized and great atmosphere!

Lol, not sure what that was all about, but I enjoyed it. Strangely addicting. Cute art!

Great visuals and atmosphere. Not the most intuitive, but fun to explore the mechanics.

Fun take on the theme and top notch art! Good job!

Neat idea and a fun concept! Would love to see a more fleshed out version. I got stumped pretty quick, but I'm bad at these kinds of games.

Very well made! The graphics are very cute, and the map has a nice variety of colors and patterns! The way the bird walks cracks me up. Unlocking the letters to understand the npc's dialogue is a fun twist on the limitation. Loved it!

Good aesthetic and use of color. Gameplay is a little frustrating, but fun!

Wow! Very cool little game. Neat puzzle mechanic. I dig the style and pallet. Nice job!

Fun little platformer. A bit janky, but it has the bones of something solid. Great pixel art!

This is the first time I've ever coded a "finished" project. Please don't yell at me or I'll cry :)

Absolutely stellar game all around. The sprite work and music are on point, and have a petty unique style. Very bouncy for pixel art, in a good way. The gameplay is easy to understand, and the simple but charming UI makes it feel very intuitive. Very nice work!

Awesome submission! There's a lot of charm and polish, and the blend of 3D and pixel art is very asthceticlly pleasing. The music was a great fit too!

A pretty fun little gameplay gimmick. Has a lot of potential to be a good game for speed running!

Hank Hill would be proud. Fun spin on the theme, and a good pun!

Short, but well put together. A fully fleshed out game of this could be fun. The platform challenge at the end was well thought out and just challenging enough to be fun. The character looks silly, but in a good way, and the pixel art for all of the different types of trees really stand out! Keep making games!

I like the blend of 2D and 3D sprites. It's a simple game, but well put together. Good job!

Very charming and polished little mini game. Makes me think of Mario Party. This is the kind of game you can get addicted to before ya know it.
