Thanks!

Thanks! The intro was meant to be the player lol, crash landing onto an alien planet. The simple backstory's on the game's page if you wanna read it lol.

I love this, probably one of my favorite submissions. The balance between "should I shoot?" and "should i die and make a huge laser beam?" is just right, and getting the shot right and destroying everything is really satisfying. It's well polished, the visuals are great too, awesome job!

I really like the whiteboard aesthetic! The animations are really cute. Although getting the successful ending is really difficult, it seems to hit the wrong notes even if it looks like they should be right.

Good job!

I really like this! The sounds are freaking awesome, they're really juicy. And I like how you have to die to progress, but you have to do it really strategically so you don't die from the stuff you place or don't block yourself in.

Although I have blocked myself in too many times, it's pretty much the only reason I couldn't get far. Maybe it'd be cool if your remains could sometimes spawn a bomb which removes some of the blocks.

Really cool concept though, good job!

Visually very pretty, but kind of confusing. The first few attempts the plants died from a lack of energy even though I turned on everything I could, next game same thing, the game after that the generator exploded when I turned on just a few things, and the game after that, I turned on a single wind turbine, and I won. Could be something cool, just requires a lot of weaking and more feedback. Good job!

The ragdoll does get stuck around a lot, but it's pretty entertaining to play. I could totally see this being addicting af if you were to add stuff like more guns and more people to... Put out your masochistic desires out on? Either way, good job!

Nice! Movement feels pretty snappy, and I noticed you implemented coyote time as well. Good job!

Really well polished! One thing I'd note is that it looks a bit off how you always face to the left if you're not walking, you should keep the position you last were in. And in the first non-tutorial level it felt a little clunky, where it was hard to get each of the monsters without others killing you too fast. But good job!

Aww thank you so much!!

I've had someone ask for something similar with the hard mode, but my problem with that is that the names of the ingredients are also meant so serve as a help for you to remember them, since very rarely, you could get two ingredients that look nearly identical. I dunno, if I do expand on the game i might make something like that and make sure all ingredients are always visually obviously different. But my idea was that I'd just keep expanding on what I have now - maybe add spices, perhaps something completely new like an ice cream machine, customers asking for 2 different flavors, and so on.

Thanks for trying it out!

ps - i drew and put together the opening sequence as one of the very last things and was really running low on time at that point, but considering that it still turned out better than i hoped :p

Thank you! Yeah haha, I mentioned on the game's page that I kinda forgot to add an exit button. I don't understand what's up with the UI. Something similar has happened before with a game. Thanks a lot!

That's a pretty good score lol, I think I usually got around 16k or so. Yeah it seems that very rarely for some people the game just doesn't work at first, I'll have to look into that. It never happened to me. Thanks a lot!

:dd hopefully not a bad thing, I think if I were to expand on this i'd embrace it :p

Thanks a lot!

This is really cool, and I get what the concept was, but I'm not sure it was executed properly. It's fun, just doesn't fit the theme very well. Good job!

This is awesome! There's a lot of strategy involved, where you have to consider if you want to stay on one heart and risk dying too early but then dying quickly easier, or if you want more hearts. And I love the visuals. Great job!

Interesting take on the theme! The artstyle is very cute and I love the music. It is a little hard to understand what you're supposed to do though. But it's cool, good job! :d

Oh I love this. It's like a mix of happy room and a rube goldberg machine. Really nice use of the theme, and I love the art, and overall aesthetic. And the music. Great job!

Controls are nice, though the theme isn't really followed too well lol, it's just that you fall when you finish. But nice job!

Pretty fun! The orbs are a little too large for comfort though. I loved the spike bounce animation. Good job!

Very interesting concept, and I love the sound design, but ultimately it's just kinda repeating the same level over and over again. Would be cool if there was more strategy involved. But it's fun, good job!

Interesting game :d it was maybe a little too slow and there wasn't much new stuff it brought to the table. But good job! :d

Interesting concept! I liked the consistent color palette, it adds a lot. The player was maybe a little too slippery. And it did get a little bit repetitive over a not very long time. But good job! It's pretty cool!

This was fun! I loved the instant transition into the cheery music from the rage lol. Good job!

The visuals are really cool and I love the concept. I liked the screenshake when you land. Don't really have much else to say, except good job!

Cute game! Couple of things I'd say though

  • The controls feel a little wonky. And I'd like if I was able to move with WASD
  • It seems a little harsh to restart everything when you touch spikes
  • An indicator on where the door is after you collect all hearts would be nice
  • The music should loop
  • I don't really see how it follows the theme

But congrats on your first finished game! The visuals are very cute. I liked it!

Really awesome concept! I guess I suck too much or I just don't understand it enough to get over the first pit lol, but still good job! :d

I really love the concept! The fact that the obstacle destroys when you die to it adds a lot of strategy. Collisions when walking into a wall felt a little weird tho, and the last level was kind of difficult. It'd be cool if there was maybe a level where you have to shoot something down first, and then you can use the gun to shoot yourself. Great job though, I enjoyed it!

Short and sweet. I don't think anyone will speedrun a game jam game btw lol. Good job on the game!

Really cute game! There were a few bugs, the corpses always showed up as if they were under the cracks on the walls, and I could climb up a wall in certain areas by just jumping constantly into it. There were also places where you could soft-lock yourself accidentally, so that's not fun. But good job, it's really cute!

The lack of sound is a little bad, and the game could really use a tutorial. I tried jumping to the purple circles, I thought I'd have to have 2 orange blocks under me to do that, but I couldn't get them there without accidentally stomping them too early. But an interesting idea!

Really cool! And perfectly short for a game jam game. The artstyle's really cute and the music fits in. Good job!

This is really creative! There were some moments where I dashed to collect a bit, then quickly dashed away out of a sea of cursors, which felt pretty awesome. Although there should be some sort of invincible time when you spawn, since I kept spawning on top of cursors and dying repeatedly.

The guessing of the letters doesn't really work either. The game is really about collecting the bits to find the word, then finishing the letters - which is fine too, of course, I just was under the impression that I'd be able to guess the word similarly like in a normal hangman game. I enjoyed it a lot, good job! :d

A cool take on the theme! I thought there'd be more strategy involved, but it turned out to just be trying the options out and seeing what works, which I guess isn't a bad thing lol, I just didn't expect it. The art is good, too. Good job!

Thanks, yeah I'm not the best at making long songs lol, I thought it'd be a little repetitive but oh well.

Thankss!<3

Thank you!
