Seemingly simple but stunningly complex with great depth and progression! Good job :)

This game was great! Really liked the artstyle and the game mechanics.

This was a cool take on the theme, i really liked the artstyle as well as the game play. Good job! :)

It was simple, but also really fun to mess around with the dice!

I really enjoyed playing through the levels to the chill music in the bakground. Good job !

The game was a little buggy, but the art assets looks great . Good job!

I have seen others using this consept but I think that you did it great. It was fun and challenging but not to hard. Good job!

It was fun shooting the knights and I really like the artstyle! But I also feel that the dice could have been used more in the gameplay.

Thank you for the great feedback!

We are thinking about ways we can improve the combat system currently and you have given us some great suggestions to consider! :)

I'll make sure to give you a heads up if we upload a new and improved version!

Glad you enjoyed our game!

Having a dummy character sounds like a good idea :) Perhaps even an entire practice scene.

Totally agree regarding the attack, it is lacking juice and we will mess around with it until it feels better ;)

Thank you very much!

Thanks! Yeah I agree the coin enemies turned out quite challenging :D // theheheo

Very cool game! The gameplay felt really satisfying and smooth. Everything felt really polished in terms of visual feedback and audio feedback for all the mechanics and things happening on the screen. It felt like a very polished game  // theheheo

Very neat! My first impression was that it was a very simple game but the more I played I realised it had a lot of depth to it. It felt very satisfying blowing up the late game waves. The game feels really polished. // theheheo

Really fun game! Even though I usually don't play puzzle games this game kept me playing all the way through. The biggest plus was the puzzle design and the different rules of how to manipulate the dice. The gameplay felt really good and satisfying in terms of animations, vfx and sfx. It felt really polished. Would love to see this becoming a full game. // theheheo

Neat! The gameplay felt very quick and smooth. It felt really good to jump on the enemies. Really cool idea of gambling the difficulty of each room and the presentation of that looked super good! My only wish would be some more variety in enemies, even though there were different enemies they still felt very similar. Overall great job! // theheheo

The sfx and music made a very unique experience. The overall look and presentation of the game was really neat. Cool idea of throwing the dice to get a random tower. The biggest issue I see is the balancing of the game since it got really easy.I never really felt I had to be strategic or rethink where I throw the dice or what kind of tower I should use. Other then that great job! Would love too see more updates of the game :) //theheheo

Nice! Really cool that you had procedural level generation. Fun take on the theme by rolling the dice on a wheel :)  If you are continuing developing the game I would probably make sure too polish the player controlls and make sure it feels really good to move around. It feels a bit floaty and slow. Other than that great job! Hope you had a fun jam :) // theheheo

The graphics and the overall look of the game was really nice. The music was also nice. My wish would be to change the perspective or make the dice smaller since it takes to much of the screen and makes it really hard to see the obstacles in front. Also I think the controlls feels a bit too slow. Other than that great job! // theheheo

Really cute game which performed great! Choosing a non-conventional control-scheme for movement was a brave decision which I did not really appreciate but overall I found the game to be fun and enjoyable :)

Perhaps it is a bit difficult to reach a dice roll but good job none the less!

I can't believe I missed that... it is a really nice way to present the health and now that I replayed the game it is very clear when the boss looses health. Perhaps it would be a little clearer if the dice values utilized a different colour than the body though🤔

I think the existing mechanics function really well so I'd just expand upon them: more recipes, more things you can buy, more items a.s.o.
A feature which would be nice is to be able to "auto fill" a recipe if you have made it before, would reduce the amount of time spent drag & dropping ingredients back and forth.

Nice game! Really enjoyed the concept and found myself trying different tactics for how to reach the highest numbers. I know that filling the board fully has the highest potential but you have to go about it in a strategic order and you might just end up rerolling all your good numbers into bad ones.

I Found one bug on my second run which was that the re-roll rule was inconsistent, the dice I placed adjacent to other dice (starting from the left top-most corner) didn't cause a re-roll.

This bug was more of a feature on my end though since it meant that my lucky first 6 never got re-rolled!

Great job! Super polished experience, your profile description does not lie ;)

Loved the re-rolling system, it ensured that the rng wasn't frustrating since you had more control over it whilst still letting you get excited over the rare occurrences (like getting enough yellow dots to perform a special attack).

The fact that you created this by yourself in only 48 hours is astonishing!

My only point of feedback would be that I found it difficult to know how close I was to defeating the boss, loved that you got hints for what the boss was about to do though :)

Amazing game which first had me swinging my sword about like a lunatic, then I tried making attacks with greater intention until I figured out that the most optimal way to play (that I found) was to swing the sword about in circles constantly whilst trying to nudge the player into favorable locations.

After realizing that I had fallen for the classical "Given the opportunity, players will optimize the fun out of a game" I decided to give one last valiant effort to become the most efficient ninja in all the kingdoms, only swinging my sword when it was absolutely necessary. Ultimately I failed but had a great time failing!

Very aesthetically pleasing clicker game! Would have loved for there to be numbers on the actual sides of the dice but I understand how that would get either very complicated or tedious.
I think I ended up on something like 305 throws :)

Super nice looking game with very smooth controls! Enjoyed it a lot :)

My only feedback would be that I think there should be a clearer indication for what the action you are about to perform entails. Like UI stuff on the mouse/player which indicate what type of attack you are about to perform because I struggled deciphering what the different dice sides meant.

Thank you very much! Your submission was quite ambitious as well ;)

Really cool game! Loved the take on the theme and thought the D.I.C.E were a really cool concept :) I struggled being able to prevent the machines from overheating but had fun none the less! Great job :D

The bug is a real shame, we will look into it!
Super glad you could still enjoy the game despite the bug :D
We will try and give the player a bit clearer feedback on what you are supposed to/can do!

Agreed! We have a bunch of ideas for how we can expand and improve the game and we'd really like to make a post-jam version if we're able to :)

(I also struggle with the token enemy...
😅)

Feels really polished! Insane that you were able to finish this within 4 hours of the game jam :) My one and only point of criticism would be that the theme could have been more deeply incorporated but that is a very minor complaint. Overall the game is great!

Super cool puzzle game and a very unique take on the theme! Great execution!

Very aesthetically pleasing game! Interesting that you chose to implement randomness in varying degrees that each have a different level of impact on the experience.

Very cool! Felt like an overall polished game. Beautiful and unique artstyle. The gameplay felt good and really polished with animations and visual effects. Overall great job!

Interesting design! Personally I usually don't love turn based games but this was fun. The combat felt very strategic since you could see the next two rolls, but still not slow since it was all up to the player how fast you make decisions.  Overall it felt very polished.

Cool! Really liked the artsyle and the general mood of the game. Felt very polished. My only wish would have been I little more variety in the different rounds/days since it started to feel a bit repetetive half way through. Overall great job!

Lacking in gameplay depth but fun none the less! The characters were very nicely designed and the overall look of the game was quite polished. We liked the randomness of it and got a few good laughs out of this game!

Thank you very much! Although, we were a team of 4 people making this game😅

Glad you liked it! We just released a new patch which fixes some issues and adds settings :D
