Although the graphics are nice, I think the best thing about the game is just how nice it feels to jump and move. Wish it was longer!

I'd say that all your criticisms are on the money. I did most of the playtesting so Developer's bias certainly slipped into the difficulty. Tooltips are a great idea as well! I'll have to learn how to do those in Godot.

Really slick presentation and in just about every way clean.

Finally, a game where I can sate my desire to murder the amphibious upper classes.

Did enjoy. The music seemed a bit loud and the screen could be bigger, but other than that had good time.

I love the character of this game and the zany vibe.

No swords, guns, or fiery explosions. 0/10.

Nah, just kidding, you get to hug a hedgehog. Good game.

Really solid game all up. Awesome!

Pretty cool idea, I love the little problems that just came inherently with the mechanics of the game.  Waiting for the right monster to spawn was a little frustrating, but on the whole a cool game.

I enjoyed this way more than I think I should have. The art, music, and basic premise (even without the potions working) was very funny and made me want to try again, just to see how long I could last.

 Also, those giants. What the...?

Didn't get very far through the first level, controls felt a bit too goopy (heheh) without a checkpoint system to keep some progress. But the graphics are nice, the concept of a poisonous superior is great and in general everything felt like it fit in together. Good effort!

Pretty impressive all that you managed to cram into the game! I had trouble understanding or following what I was exactly making, and I accidentally quit the game by pressing the X twice without understanding what it did. I cavemanned through to a win.

This is the first game I've played in the jam, and it's set a high bar.

Really cool puzzle mechanic, and the music and graphics are just right. The little variances in the tileset and turnback time vision are really nice touches. Could easily see this turned into a game that would be picked up by puzzle enthusiasts.

Super well done!

Thanks! Hope you enjoyed it. :)

I'd agree that the game can be unfair at times. In many ways, this whole game is a metaphor for life. And also, a metaphor for cats. Thanks for the feedback and giving the game a go!

I'll try to remember that for next time, cheers!

Very lovely artwork. Some areas are very unforgiving if you don't have infinite lives though.

Pretty cool concept! Some of the answers I didn't have anyway of knowing was the correct answer, and they started to repeat themselves after a while.

Good gameplay, the AI does like to pick on you, but that's to be expected I suppose. I'm guessing the bottom-left cat is intended to be lazy, hah!

Shame there isn't more to it than a test level, but what is there is really good. Very slick!

The high-octane third act took me by surprise.

I think there might be one part where you could get stuck/softlocked if you didn't jump in time: a dead end step, as it were.

Most enjoyment yet. Simple yet effective.

A nifty idea, and I ditto the cat animation appreciation. Certainly wished there were more levels.

I question the mind of a person who would leave a giant, solid cube of cheese in their living room.

A very cute idea! The cats kept flying off of the wand when I tried to deliver them into the box during the second level, and it ran very chuggy on my not-top end PC. On the whole, I liked the whole vibe of the game. Well done!

Really nifty concept, but becomes a little difficult to organize the frames in the space given.

Pretty smooth!

The contrast of the clouds and mouse on the black was a little difficult to look at, but on the whole the most enjoyable of the games I've played so far! Got as far as level 8.

Nice polish on the game,  pretty good! Some hexes felt a bit too difficult to get at.

Really love the incorporation of the limitation into the core mechanics. Awesome work!

Hahah! Yeah, I forgot to add collision to some obje... Um, what I mean is, I walk atop of sofas and tables all the time, doesn't everyone? It is very normal behaviour.

Cheers! I  think the cards are my favourite part of the game, as well as the portraits for the items.

Yeah, we toyed with the idea of separate areas, just didn't have the time to implement it. I quite liked the idea of a "tutorial" space just outside the front door to cement how the mechanics of the game work, and then you enter the apartment proper. But oh well, need to code and build faster. :)

Cheers!

Thank you, we certainly weren't aiming for Super Meat Boy.

A really cool idea, I enjoyed the pixelwork too. Good job

I was a little confused at the start by running out of seed quickly, until I realized you could pick the seeds again during winter.

A nice change of pace from the other games.

Really looks good, and the story was on point.

The platforming felt a little too fiddly for my tastes, but the infinite time feature/abuse really helped with that.

Pretty difficult, but I imagine that's were the fun is. The splash screen is great.

That narrator has a bright future in other projects, I can tell.

I found a use for the reward: return to sender. :)

Do we need a specific program to play this game? I couldn't find a .exe .
