Thank you. I honestly didn't think this would happen. We never worked together prior and that this all ended up happening and working out so well is still a miracle to me.

Its quite the compliment that you had fun even when you are normally not a fan of this type of game. Thank you very much for playing!

Already fixed that for the post jam version. Thanks for playing it.

I love this. Holy shit I have so much fun with this, tight controls, super fun and an incredible great gimmick. You made a really great 10/10 game there. Everything is just spot on. Visuals, audio, juice, gameplay.

Hey, as Neyy already mentioned, touching the crystals is triggering the size changes respectfully. They also all have a set size that they scake you to, are scaled to that size itself and emit an hologram of the size you are about to get. Do you have any feedback on how we could make this clearer? What would have helped you to understand it?

The key flying is my favorite thing coupled with the doppler effect. Its so addictive seeing all the keys fly and make these funny noises. Im happy that you noticed all these little things that our programmer put into the game :D

Thank you a lot.

It felt like I couldnt keep up at all with the scaling. I also didnt realize that I could rearrange my kitchen in time. I would have loved to be able to rearrange 1 additional piece of furniture after every evening perhaps. But overall, super fun! Nicely fitting music, it clicked very well. Sometimes the game was slightly buggy and it put the food on the table but it didnt instantly count for the progression so i had to pick it back up again and place it down again.
Really solid!

Good simple game. As others already said, clicking on those little fellas was really hard sometimes. But I had fun.

Simple game and well executed. I liked it.

Yeah, its always tough to get that right balance. I loved the vibe tho. And the newspaper is such a nice touch.

Took me a moment to wrap my head around some puzzles but I got it down after a bit. Very neat little puzzle game. The only complaint I have would be the lack of music. Also perhaps a bit more games and some in between levels to have a smoother learning curve, but there is only so much you can do within a 96 hour jam. But hey, maybe you will work on this after the jam.

Nice, you found a couple of the easter eggs in this case. I tried to strike a certain balance with the level and puzzle design to not have it to be too difficult for a jam game. The goal was to have a certain bit of complexity that slowly ramps up but that is still manageable for a player.

Great to hear! I think that will make it a really fun and super enjoyable small game. It works really well.

Its a very neat little game but way too difficult for me. You should probably tone done the difficulty a bit.

Thank you very much.

Interesting concept but I got stuck so many times :(

I struggled to progress in the game. Even with the information that was present, I failed miserably. Outside of that very nice vibes. Good music and nice atmosphere. For a jam game I also found it to be very long. Maybe scaling down the endgoal a bit would have been better with a decreased amount of time?

It was a tough game and hard to beat, it felt quite unfair at times. And I wish there were more ideas that played with the jams theme. But it was an interesting wave/tower defense game. Perhaps having pieces that occupy multiple lanes could have been a mechanic to fit more of the theme into the gameplay.

It was a very interesting game, normally not my style of game but I had fun while playing it. My biggest gripe was the precision. I often felt like I was perfect with my rotation and scale and positioning but it didn't land a perfect. But then sometimes I did land a perfect when I didnt expect it to. It could very well be also just the fact that I am bad at this game.

This is an accurate depiction of my former workplace. Even the same eary music.
The soundeffects were very nice. Great sound design, i just unplugged and replugged the cable for a couple solid minutes because of the satisfying sound. You have a good baseline, keep working on it and you could make it a very interesting little (I assume Horror) game.

A bit janky and I honestly was not too much of a fan of the maze. But the rest was super funny. Had a lot of fun with this buildup. 10/10 would go shopping for grandma again.

The artwork is very nice, a good amount of juice, which I love. I was a bit sad that the biggest mixup in gameplay was in the human stage where they went and ran away from you. But outside of that a really nice entry for the jam.

Ah real life working in an office simulator. I loved the Win98 aesthetic. I wish there was more game but it works well. And some sound effects and perhaps music would have elevated it even further. In my head I heard the old harddrive clicking and rattling while I was doing my work :D

You may or may not have found one of my all time favorite platformers and inspiration for the wrap around mechanic with VVVVVV and in particular The Warp Zone.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it :D

Thank you for playing and thanks for the feedback. I know what you mean, I have to improve some of the camera placement for some puzzles, especially the final one is a tad too hard to visualize if you dont see everything at once.

Dark Souls of scaling games. The controls were my biggest enemy, outside of that it was a lot of fun. One bug I noticed is when I finished a level and wanted to retry for more stars, the HUD for winning wouldnt dissapear when clicking the retry button on the bottom left.

Totally agree. They will get the outline treatment for better visibility post jam. Happy that you enjoyed it :D

Yeah the gems being too small is an issue that we need to address after the jam. They probably going to have an outline. Thanks a lot for the feedback. I know which switches you are talking about, I wasnt sure how to place the camera the best in these areas. I have to think about it how to signal it better, even when its offscreen. Also, thank you very much :D

Thank you very much. Im so happy you enjoyed it.

Its a nice little game but oh boy does it get hectic at the end, especially when time speeds up. I barely managed to survive haha.

Ohhh. I see. Well, that explains things

Ah no, that switch on the bottom left is for resetting the state of the lever in case players fall down when trying to platform above. It somewhat of a softlock prevention/reset for the puzzle in case you fail and fall down but probably poorly telegraphed. I probably have to rethink on how to approach it.

Glad you enjoyed it. Could you maybe tell me where your problem was in Size Matters? That way I can try to avoid the same design mistakes in the future and maybe correct it a bit more.

I did it once normal after I did my best half life speedrun impression.

Game has propflying which is very funny. Jokes aside, I sometimes had issues with getting on the block itself. And to explain how i initiated propflying, i shrunk a cube to its smallest size, walked on it and then just picked it up. Fun little puzzle game.

Great game. Only complaint: I want more game. Nice atmosphere, nice music, nice art. Hidden gem 11/10 would play again.

Every time multiple flying keys were released when playing the game I was always so excited, its so much fun. Thank you for playing and glad you enjoyed it.

Love to hear it!
