Fantastic art and atmosphere!

Really impressive amount of polish for the amount of time. Great job!

It's a fun game with a cool concept but the sword upgrade seems to be bugged. I had 50 gems but when I hit the button to upgrade it told me I didn't have enough.

Really cool design! I loved how everything tied into the core idea of stomping on the enemies.

Nice puzzles and adorable art. Well done!

That's funny we did the same cliche. Your game is much harder than mine.

Not bad for as first time with the engine. But going forward alt is a bad choice for a control because its part of operating system shortcuts.

Your game was funny too. I feel like low stakes mean spiritedness works really well for a game of this scale. Glad you liked it, and well done to you.

Fun deconstruction of FPS cliches. I did run in to a small bug. The arrow telling you to do the tutorial didn't stayed on the screen when I opened it and covered up some of the instructions.

It's a fun game and an interesting interpretation of the theme but it needs something to let you know that the game is finished. Other than that, nicely done.

Really fun concept and watching the meme web unfold if very satisfying. Well done!

All bugs in parent behavior that I could reproduce should be fixed. Thanks everybody for pointing them out. If there are still issues please let me know.

Oh no, I thought I'd fixed all of the bugs in parent behavior. Do you remember where it happened?

Glad you liked it otherwise!

Thanks for the detailed feedback. A more involved upgrade system like you described was part of my original plan but I had to simplify it for time reasons. Glad you liked it!

Did you unlock any of the weapons? Once you've repaired either the machine gun, the missiles or the flamethrower switching between laser and weapons should work.

Thank you so much. Glad you liked it.

That's good to hear. I was worried that I spent too much time working on upgrades and not enough balancing the core gameplay. Glad you liked it.

Hi, I'm a unity developer who just signed up for the jam. I have an idea for a 2d top down perspective game. I don't have a ton of experience but I recently completed my first game jam (you can check it on my profile if you're interested). Let me know if you'd like to know more.

Controls really well and I love the style.

The dice rolling is really satisfying. Very fun game.

Thanks for the Filter Mode tip. I used Point (no filter) for the people but I didn't really notice the blurring with the other sprites.

Glad you liked it.

Really cute and the controls felt great.

Well, if your goal was to create something truly unforgiving you definitely succeeded.

Great take on the theme. I especially loved the first and last level being riffs on frogger and angry birds.

Really cool game. Couldn't beat the second round but an incredible game for the short amount of time.

Fun game with an epic sound track, but I agree with some of the others that the controls are a bit awkward.

Fun take on vampire survivor. I like the way Brunhilda's appearance changes as she levels up.

Very fun game. Glad to see you got the directional shooting working.

Tried it again and it worked fine. I must have just been being dumb. Sorry about that.

I thought the puzzles were really well designed. Nice Job.

Fun game and I like the upgrades. I did run into an issue where one of the green ghosts spawned inside the ground where it couldn't be hit, but nicely done overall.

Now that you mention it I'm not sure. I think so because I had the chicken later in the level but maybe I wasn't paying attention. I'll try again and report back.

You really managed to get a lot done in 10 days!

Very fun mechanic, switching back and forth between human and ghost.

You're absolutely right about the dogs. They were a late addition and I didn't take the time to properly tune them. I won't do anything until rating is over but I think I need to: 1) Shorten the time it takes to haunt so the timing doesn't have to be so precise 2) Dramatically increase the length of time the people stay nervous and 3) Add a visual/audio que to indicate when you can haunt an object again

The investigators pulling the ghost from the next room is probably a collider issue. I made the ghost's collider bigger than normal so the sprite wouldn't obstruct the haunting animation. I didn't really notice this issue in testing but I should probably shrink the investigation collider to compensate.

I didn't know about viewport size thing. I'll have to check it out.

Thanks for all the feedback.

Nice look and atmosphere. Shame you didn't have more time to work on it.

My most memorable moment would have to be waking up at 2 AM on Friday with the realization that I already made a cat animation for another game so I should add it to this one.

Fun game and I love the art. Possible bug though, I wasn't able to complete the level as the chicken.

Sure I'll go. Really liked your game. In particular I liked that the different past versions of your character are color coded. I played a game with a similar mechanic to yours but all versions of the character looked the same so I found it impossible to figure out what way going on.

One thing to change, and it's a minor one, in the second to last level I found jumping to the button on the platform is just a bit harder than it should be. I think it needs to be just a tiny bit lower.

Here's my game: https://itch.io/jam/gamedevtv-jam-2022/rate/1553539

Necromancer is always one of my favorite classes and this delivers. Great entry.
