Finally someone saw the Inscryption feel that I was aiming for. Glad you enjoyed the game!

Yea, I've noticed these issues as well. See, I didn't have 10 days, I had 9, and some features I just didn't have the time to integrate, such as the explanation of the rules. The take button still being visible after beating cards is a strange error, despite all the code checking out. Indeed, highlighting the playable cards would help very much, but may ruin the immersion just a tad bit less... immersive.
As for the hand, it is worth noting that the world is ending in the game. In fact, I'm gonna go Mojang mode and make any visually altering bugs features. From now on the only correct explanation for visual glitches is: The world is breaking. :P
But hey, thanks for the feedback! I'll try to integrate these suggestions into the game after the jam is over.
I'm making a card game inspired by the classic Russian card game "Fool". In my game, players will be given an option for changing game rules. They pick a positive change out of a random pool, and a negative change to the rules, usually aiding the computer opponent instead. There are 3 rounds and a "hard round".
I think this fits the theme and is fun to play. Here's some screenshots on my work in progress
If anyone wants to contribute music-wise (I need a title theme and ending theme, both of which are melancholic and ambient), you're more than welcome to join me.
