Great artwork, everything was super unified and I love the style. Audio could use a bit of mixing to get the levels right but they also fit the aesthetic really well. Nice!

oh I didn't realize turning audio off was part of guidance, how rude! lol And you don't need to be a musical talent to have great audio, I think what you have in there is aesthetically appropriate and works well. You can sink a ton of time into music for sure, but the important thing is does it support the project, does it match the aesthetic, that kind of thing. Anyway cheers, good game :)
So far in this jam this game has the best visuals I've seen. I love the beam cutter thing, very satisfying. One thing I noticed is i could only hear the sfx of it when the camera was close to the player controller, so I'd either change the beam to a non-3D emitter sound or switch the listener to the player controller so you can hear it more consistently. I like that it was essentially two games in one, also! great work
This was great! good soundtrack, I like that it got more intense as you played. Good solid mechanics, would love to see it fleshed out with art assets. I'd reccommend adding a tiny bit of pitch randomization to the main slash noise for variety... also maybe make the cooldown on the attack slower? Really fun though
The moment when I saw the customers for the first time was special indeed hahaha. Very funny. Hard to control but obviously you captured the theme well. No audio makes me sad :( Nice game though, clever use of assets.

Awesome looking game and good solid puzzles. I liked the bouncing ball thing, that puzzled me for a moment. I think maybe watch out for having too short of an audio loop, it can get irritating or distracting if the player hears the same few seconds over and over. Something more spacious might suit this a bit better since its very minimalist visually. Also found the controls way too sensitive

Absolutely hilarious! This is a concept that is funny just describing it: "There was this one game in the jam that made you sit through a child's recital by holding down space bar" hahaha well done. Curious: I saw in the previous comments you generated the music? is this something you did in the game engine itself?

Fun game! Not sure if it was a problem on my end but the text at the beginning was cut off. nice graphic and visuals. The audio was a bit cluttered, a bit too busy. overall nice job, and cool to see this type of game in a short jam like this!

SO cool. those cliff gave me heart palpitations haha ... the most unique concept I've seen so far. awesome job. The music and artwork match it perfectly. I will say the music gets repetitive, especially if you are only holding down the arrow key in short bursts. Maybe a way to improve this would be to have the loop playing constantly but its muted while you're not moving. just a thought. Very very cool concept, nice job.

This is a cool and fun concept. Like some other people commented, I would have liked a slower introduction to the gameplay. Maybe a small area of the town that only has villagers to eat, then unlock the rest of the level with a couple knights, then more etc. good concept though!

The artwork reminds me of super meat boy! simple but polished. I couldn't figure out what the timer did at first but when I did I absolutely loved playing this. Good balanced audio which is nice to hear.

I like when a game throws you into gameplay quickly, and you did that well here. It took a sec to really get a feel for the controls but it ended up being really satisfying gameplay! Also really nice artwork in between levels. Very stylish.

Nice vibe, very melancholy. I stumbled into the "good ending" on my first play loop and I wasn't sure how I did that, but it didn't feel like I solved anything, just kind of randomly clicking stuff. maybe you could make it more of a puzzle lifting the player out of a state of depression with sequential puzzles (i.e. go to computer, order light bulbs, wait for them to arrive days later, replace, improve you mood? maybe..) Definitely a cool "Groundhog's Day" kind of repeated day theme. One thing on audio- make sure you balance the music with sound effects, I couldn't hear much of what you added. The music was very fitting.

Ok first off, the humor you use right off the bat with the scrolling text where it comes back down is hilarious lol. I feel like you didn't need the part where it goes dark, or maybe it could be shorter, like just a short blackout? didn't feel necessary. Good feel overall though

Ok so I couldn't get this to play on my computer (probably my own problem) but I watched the play through and I love the visuals of this. The title has an epic, big feel to it and it reflects the vastness you experience in the game. I could have done with a longer game music loop, this did get very repetitive and a bit distracting (also the low timbre drone instrument has a harshness that could be replaced with something softer around the edges). Nice work!

Awesome job, so funny! the music with the cat vocals lol. A lot of potential for hilarious situations here, there were a couple times where I was spinning really fast knocking watermelons everywhere... what if you had a part in the level where you have a bunch of items dumped on you and you just spin in place to smash as much as possible? Could be funny... anyway great work
