Yeah, I didn't get to the animations which would show the enemy and player "striking each other", the health bar is like a tug over war game where the enemy wants to bring the slider to 0 and the player wants to "max" the value. Do you think maybe some particle effects showing which direction the bar was pushed after an addition or subtraction would help?

Fun game, could be a nice base for further development. It gave me cool math games vibes

Fun concept and Interesting mechanics with a nice story to get you immersed.

This may be random but I use this tool for most jams: https://coolors.co/

High marks for the art style and sound effects. The atmosphere was dark and humorous.  I did feel like there was no way to get to the higher coin counts other then waiting and getting incredibly lucky

Added a bit of text explaining a bit more on the page to hopefully clear things up

Thanks, I opted out of an explanation page this time but honestly with the random power ups and such, I should of added it for this game

Weird, what browser are you on by chance?

Enjoyed the immediate sense of urgency, I didn't make it past 30m but it would of been cool to have more interactions with the platformer. The sprites are crisp and the gameplay loop is solid (I played over 15 times ha ha)

A very well polished game especially with the amount of levels set up in such a short timeframe!

The art was nice to look it, but with the tight time limit and the very similar looking sprites between the enemies and obstacles, it made the game a bit too difficult for my taste. I want to reiterate the sprite work is very nice and polished!

The sprite and art combined with the sounds is a well put together experience. I would of liked to have some kind of UI showing action cooldowns to help with the 1 life system

I really like the character designs, though I wish the shop was a bit cheaper, It didn't really feel like I got to explore switching out my loadout soon enough. 100% my favorite part is the artwork and sprites!

Fun game, I would of liked if there was a minimum health gain for the forced random health roll, feels pretty bad to get 0 health. The game felt very well put together for the time limit good job!

Very out of the box thinking for the game, and great job with the random level generation!

I like the idea of the game, it reminds me of the flash game bloxor z

Music was nice, and the game looks great, though for some reason I could not see where my mouse was to aim the spells

I'll be honest I did try to do an item glide, all in all a novel idea and the game felt very well put together

Very quick to pick up and play, good sfx and solid gameplay loop!

Fun quick game, ran into a small bug playing where after the game over screen I went back to menu and the high score screen did not go away and constant ringing played in the background till I restarted page.  Loved the retro graphics and the sound effects fit in well!

It may not be for the right reasons but I had a lot of fun after finding a way to glitch through walls. For a lot of walls if you attempt to teleport via your ball downward against a wall you can slowly phase through it and get outside the levels.

Clean and simple homage to minesweeper, good job

Fun gameplay and a solid loops. The music didn't loop properly  which is a quick fix thankfully. I would love to see a bit more fleshed out version of this game with more enemies and layouts

Love the atmosphere and there is a lot of potential for this game keep going!!

A great game with a nice low barrier to entry. Enjoyed the experience and would def like to see this game more fleshed out in the future!

Would be cool to see rock paper scissors change to like kick punch block or something more tied to the game/characters to pull the player in even more to the atmosphere.

I'm in the ffs server, same as on here but no space

Busy Today with work but if you message me a link I can give it a try this weekend

Reminds me of Contra and Metal Slug, was a very fun game to jump into. The care and polish is very clear and adds a lot of enjoyment to the experience!

Balancing any strategy game will take a lot of time, it was fun to play and I would def be interested in a few more maps in the future if there is some follow up development.

If you ever need a quick play test for a jam let me know

I do need to learn unity lighting more, was trying to get the tiles to glow with post processing bloom but it never quite got there. I'm thinking of coming back later this year to the game and adding 20 more levels with new enemies and power ups, but it will be a bit till I re-explore this game. Thank you for playing!

Graphics were good, and a unique game that runs very well for all the units active at one time!

Fun mechanics that have been honed into a great experience. I would love to see more of it!

Would like to play but can't seem to dismiss the 1-1 screen, could controls be added to your description?

Got past 1000, same feedback as from a month ago, would be nice to have more gameplay moments baked in. All in all simple and fun, it could be a very nice mini-game to Easter egg into any future games.

Was fun and quick to play. Using mainly single shot turrets was very broken and made the later levels easy. Still not 100% sure what the house did but all in all a nice tower defense

Was a fun short adventure, would enjoy seeing more like this

A fun and quick game, love the happy little planet I think Bob Ross would approve!

Nice idea an a good base to build on!
I had some problems with the research tab and seeing all options, if you could make it both vertically and horizontally scrollable it would fix the issue. Other than that seems to have nice rules in place and has built in replay value.

Great Job keep on going!

So you are telling me that gas is flammable...
