Very satisfying attack animation! I really enjoyed the attack patterns of the bosses as well. Beautiful pixel art as well. Great work! Only point of feedback if you're looking for any, is it was sometimes unclear where the walls of the map were.

Would love for you to check out our game as well! Cheers.

Full bullet hell game! Gave you the stars! The only point of improvement (personal preference), I wish player shooting allowed me to hold down the mouse pointer to auto fire!

I appreciate the feedback! Next iteration, we'll definitely work on player movement and improve the tutorial.

The game feels very smooth! Great work.

Thank you for the raving review! I'm glad you had fun :)

My b! Thank you for the feedback. That is definitely something I want to iterate on

Thank you! Glad you like the theme :)

That's amazing! Our artists lead some of the implementation details with their designs too. Would love for you to check out our submission if you have the chance :)

Cheers @deadeadalus! Would love for you to check out our submission too if you have the chance :)

Thanks I'll give it another play haha. Would love for you to check out our submission if you have the chance :)

I need to use it next time too! Would love for you to check out our submission if you have the chance :)

Great to hear it's a light-weight package! I'll have to try it out next time. Would love for you to check out our submission if you have the chance :)

Super cool! That makes a lot more sense now. Would love for you to check out our submission if you have the chance :)

Honestly, I had trouble pinpointing how hard to make our game too. Absolutely no worries, I enjoyed the challenge! Would love for you to check out our submission if you have the chance :)

I did enjoy so no worries! It was in the middle of the first boss, but I'm glad I got to experience a bit. Would love for you to check out our submission if you have the chance :)

Wow I completely missed the two-player aspect, props on the multiplayer! Would love for you to check out our submission if you have the chance :)

Visuals all the way! Would love for you to check out our submission too if you have the chance :)

I agree the lightweight part was the major draw for our team too! Would love for you to check out our submission if you have the chance :)

Coconut boss has been a fan fav!

Funny you should mention Fruit Ninja, we made an early design decision to attempt to distance ourselves as much as possible lol

Loved feeling like a sith apprentice duking it out against my master. Visually great! Attack cues make the boss fights manageable too. Wasn't sure what happened but my screen went black when I was close to beating the first boss... Great work!

Just played Zone of Spinners (one of the top games right now) and this one hits a similar thread for me! You must be doing something right.
I like the health component being related to how fast you're spinning! I wasn't quite sure what the pink gears were for though. The boss fight was creative and entertaining to bounce around. Good job!

This belongs in middle school keyboarding classes! I felt like a bad ass once I got a handle of the spells at my ready. I wish I had more mana so I could really swap between things.

Is this a freaking auto-clicker! Super funny take on the boss rush genre I love it! Obviously, you're limited mechanically but I'm all for it

Really like the perspective of this game! 3d game from this perspective felt surprisingly good.
I also got a game freeze on a the dynamite, but its a hackathon right!

Cute game! So much going on here, but I appreciate the bath tub / kids toys theme. Good job!

Super clean game! Only thought is including a different mechanic to kill the little jellyfish. I found that I could go max speed most of time

Super polished visuals and I love the main character spinning in his chair! I'm not sure if I understood the dash mechanic, it just seemed to slow down time for me. Is that correct?

I really like this one! The top attack is clean and really satisfying to get numerous hits on a boss. I felt it was a bit too punishing if you failed to catch your top when you recalled it, maybe it you could auto pick it up

Classic. I love a binding of Isaac style roguelike. Props on the spider legs move animation. If felt super clean and satisfying to run around the rooms.

Love the spider take on the theme!--we incorporated the same idea of spiders spinning webs into our coconut boss's second phase lol

Fun theme! I love the washing machine take on spin (we had a similar approach and built our game around a blender lol).
I didn't have anyone to play the multiplayer feature but I'd love to try. How did you like using Godot? It was my first time with the engine and it definitely has its pros and cons!

Fun visuals and sound effects! I would have loved to have a movement element to the game and some diversity between bosses.

Also had the screen freeze! But omg that animation on the hot dog looking character had me dying...

Incredibly simple game yet effective interpretation of spin and boss rush. Feels very 2000s (i.e., Sonny) <- A compliment as I spent countless hours playing this style of game as kid!
Could be cool to add different wheels you can pick from for different members of your party.

Very polished! Fun take on a boss rush and clean visuals. I really enjoyed beats!

Thank you! Sometimes force is needed when you buy your blender off an infomercial...

We're very impressed with our art team! Shout out to Sarah and Kofi <3

Evil coconut is my fav to

Movement in this game feels great! Played this one with my partner and we both were a little confused about how to actually beat the bosses.

Glad you liked it! In hind sight I completely agree. I think we were trying to play on the spin theme by spinning the mouse wheel, but it doesn't feel as natural for the platformer genre.

I appreciate the feedback!

+1 on the intuitive controls. It was easy to pick and learn how to play which is a really important component!
We ended up creating a move system that's uncommon in other games which makes it hard to learn, so i'll definitely take a page from your book next time!
