This was really impressive. Great job!
This was really impressive. Great job!
I like how both characters have their own sound mix. The art is very clean and detailed, which is a big plus.
It isn’t easy as it might seem at first glance, and delivering 15 complete levels with many different mechanics is quite a feat!
Solid entry 👍🏻
Lots of really clever puzzles in this. Continued to get impressed as more and more mechanics gets introduced.
Like the choice of colour palette too.
Wonderful game.
thanks!
It was a really nice game with original mechanics. Good job!
Nice game, with well made mechanics! Loved the pixel art, and the music was great.
The pixel art is well done, the moment feels good and the music is nice aswell, especially becuase it is switching with players. I think the game could be a bit nearer to the theme, but everyone of course interprets that differently :)
I liked the art style it was simple and helped players know where obstacles were and how to navigate the level. I really enjoyed Stage 11 and thought it was the most challenging of all the levels. I like the idea of the checkpoint falling when you hit the button, but having it hidden behind the spikes makes the checkpoint difficult to see. The progression, game-play, and music made for a very fun puzzle game and hope it gets updated with more mechanics and stages!
I like how you implemented the mechanic of switching back and forth. The art was cute and you chose a cool color pallete.
One of the best looking games of this jam. The swapping character mechanic was well executed, it fits the constraints of the 1-bit jam very well. The puzzles flow very well and have a nice progression to them. Impressive stuff!
Tthis is a very cool game :P also that art is GOOD.... bye bye
Great game! I actually forgot I was playing a jam game for a second there. Most of the levels didn't really feel like puzzles though because there was only one path you could follow. Level 11 though - very clever.
yup thats what i thought lol
I absolutely love the mechanic of switching characters, and it feels awesome. The art is also amazing. Great, great work!
Also, the sound design is amazing!
thankies! :)
Really cool game! Keep up the good work!
thanks! :D
Cute graphic! and realy intresting gameplay. I hope this game will be updated.
Really like this one, have a few nitpicks like not knowing how to beat the first level instantly (got past it once i saw there was a switch controle), intresting idea, good music, although getting hit by a spike was mildy anoying seeing as i had to press the r button to restart the level and it didnt just restart by itself, otherwise fantastic game for the time frame
Hey there, thanks for the review. sorry to hear you had issues with restarting. it should restart by itself upon death, and the restart button is for softlock situations. was this for every level? and if so on what platform?
Yeah thanks for you reply, using in edge on a windows pc, yeah it happened on every level
i'm currently not allowed to update the game due to jam rules, but thanks for the info! i'll do my best to fix it.
Yeah have a thing i cant fix in my game either because of jam rules, ill probably fix it when the jams over
I enjoyed this game. Got to level 10. Music style is very chill and relaxing. Love the mechanic and the filtered audio when switching characters. The only thing I found a little weird was jump being on W and sometimes the end flag was quite hard to see. Overall, really enjoyable entry.
This is a pretty good game for this jam. The music and art are very neat. My only problem with it is that the platforming is sometimes a little bit sluggish. The gameplay reminds me a bit of Hello Worlds!, a game I enjoyed when I was younger. Have a nice jam!
