What do you like about your game?
Acerola's videos motivated me to learn shaders, and this is my first project for which I wrote my own shader. I also learned how to use blender for this project. I hope I was able to create an atmospheric game that other people can enjoy and get my message across: don't be afraid!

I really liked the shaders, you used it in a very clever way. I also liked the final, really comforting. Nice game!

great shader work. Really imaginative idea and definitely sold the feelings of childhood fear and fear in general
keep it up, I anticipate this game will get a lot of attention outside of the jam too

Awesome game i loved the spooks and the lighting effects!
I love the effects, I just really took too much time to win it, I wasn't expecting the relation of some objects but it was cool, the house with the light/dark differences are very interesting
very cool shader, also loved the part where everything goes distorted. Took some time for me to realize what to do but honestly thats on me LOL . Mouse sensitivity was too low for me even on the highest settings, but other then that a nice little puzzle game :)
The light shader is really cool (and super unique, I don't recall seeing that in a horror game before but it's a great idea!), sound design and graphics were great, the spoopy moment sent a chill down my spine. Kudos on a superb horror submission :D
Very cool subtle horror with the light making everything you look directly at normal, but your peripheral in the dark running your imagination wild. Cool little game :)
OOooh i like this game :) I really liked the light mechanic. Really good game!
I really like the game, nice story and executions. it gave me some chills tho XD
Nice message at the end, i was expecting some deep dark lory ending but it was good to see somthing down to earth.
that was super cool for game that was made in 2 weeks, the moment in garage really reminds me of sjsm karamari hospital lol
Excellent work, I loved the atmosphere, you're definitely entering the top 10!
Cool! I really liked the sound design. Plus, this is super impressive for learning shaders. The nausea shader at the garage was particularly interesting in helping the tone while being an original approach imo.
I did find myself losing twice after opening the garage door, then not losing the third time. This felt kind of frustrating because I essentially took the same route to the kitchen on the last two. So that could probably be a little more forgiving.
The lighting-related production is awesome! I'm admiring your original style of play.
Nice one! I appreciate the little interactive toy in the form of the lamp, but I wish clicking would have more of an effect. Having a table lamp to run to is a fun mechanic, but I didn't find it before the garage door first time around. Graphics are great and it's very on theme. Overall great vibes and a nice experience, good job!
I like the art style, and the light mechanic is cool, I like that I had to just keep pressing to charge it, and the click was very satisfying. I gave up after I looked in every room 3 times for the thing that would take me up to the breaker.
Has a very similar vibe to some old, spooky Newgrounds games I would play as a kid. Got a small bit of vicarious nostalgia from that lol. The lighting effect wherein things look more spooky in the dark is very neat.
There's an issue where sometimes opening the settings menu will just freeze the game for me. This happens both in wine and linux native. (Thanks for including a Linux native build btw. Running things through wine works fine 95% of the time but just the act itself is appreciated.)
The darkness is a little aggressive about eating(?) me, tho.
It's amazing how the light mechanic works in this game! Great job!
