I really liked the puzzles, they were difficult but logical. I couldn't figure out how to get the four digits code though, so it was nice to have the walkthrough handy.
Really cool atmosphere and I liked the way the puzzles were built, had me confounded quite a few times but I felt compelled to keep cracking away at them. Lovely art too!
Cool and relaxing puzzle game. I liked the style of the graphics and the sound. Good job communicating so much with the sound effects, they really enhanced the experience. I found the puzzles a bit hard to figure out, so thanks for including the walkthrough!
Thanks for your comment and for noticing the SFX details. I created and recorded most of them from scratch, and tried to assign each action and move to one sound. Custom made!
The game reminds me a bit of rusty lake production, although it doesn't have such a strange atmosphere.
A very aesthetic position I really liked the black and white style. Interesting puzzles, unfortunately stuck on 4 digit puzzle. Still, the game hooked me for a long time.
omg yesss I was thinking of the rusty lakes game too!!
Really nice game, graphics are great and presented in a really unique style.
Great work!
Nice entry, fun to play and really attractive !
Nice game - the overall atmosphere is great and graphic+music work really well (they both reminded me 90s games).
I admit that I needed your walkthrough to be able to leave the place - but it was anyway intriguing and fun.
Really lovely entry. I am not really one for puzzles so I don't think I'll ever see the end but the art, music and design complement each other so well, it is just a joy being stuck in this lighthouse!
You've made a nice game that really draws me in :)
The puzzles were a bit too hard for me haha, but I plan on returning to this one to try again at some point. I like the choice to have a limited colour scheme I think it added a lot to the art.
Very cool submission but I'm too much of a nincompoop to figure out all of these puzzles >.< I even busted out snipping tool and notepad to try to figure things out to no avail haha Was unsure how to arrange the symbols and couldn't for the life of me figure out the 4 digit code. It's occasionally a little unclear how to interact with things appropriately. I was also flustered not being able to fill up my bucket and soap at either of the taps
Atmosphere and audio are top notch. The setting and visuals all blend together nicely and I couldn't help but think Jonathan had a Jekyll & Hyde thing going on haha Great entry, I'll try again when you've got a guide posted :)
A really nice game with great ambience. I fixed the light and got stuck on the four digit puzzle so decided to come back later but my progress wasn't saved unfortunately. I'll try to come back later and finish the game from the beginning once I've tried the other games. But from what I did manage to play, it was excellent. Graphics, puzzles, sound were all really nice. Good work! :)
Thank you for playing, there was a bug with four digit code puzzle (patched now). Unfortunately we didn't have time to implement the save system.
Ah, okay! Look forward to trying it again!
This was a fun escape room game. Reminded me of the Rusty Lake games. Some very challenging puzzles which took me a while, but I managed to finish it eventually. Great work!
Thank you so much for playing.
Nice game! I couldn't quite crack it but enjoyed the puzzles that I did solve. The atmosphere is great and it definitely leaves an impression. Graphics are great but I did struggle a little bit to know what was clickable and interactive and what wasn't.
Thank you for playing, It definitely would have benefited from some play testing, but as we the game dev went to the wire, we are just please that we submitted a game that worked.
The graphics is very clean and sound is very atmospheric :) I'm impressed by how little bugs I ran into. I feel very close to beating it but I can't seem to crack the 4 digit code. I will come back to try again!
Thank you for playing, unfortunately you found a big bug with the code, the last two symbols were inverted. It has now been patched.
I managed to beat it (I think? At least, I got to leave the lighthouse, although there was no explanation of what happened, and then the game froze). However, the last two symbols above the combination lock are definitely in the wrong order (unless that was intentional? But that would be pretty unfair). I only figured it out because of the... semantically meaningful choice of number.
Aside from that issue, the puzzles mostly felt fair, and also pretty grounded in the logic of the setting. The audio provides great ambience, and I definitely prefer the first-person style of point & click over the seemingly more prevalent 3rd-person style where you have to wait for the character to walk everywhere. Overall, this is on of my favourites so far!
Thank you for playing and very kind words. The two symbols were incorrectly place (fixed with an update). thank you for finding this bug.
A really cool game. It has an excellent atmosphere that is quite creepy. This is thanks to the graphics, which is very good, and the music. I found the game to be very difficult and I have no idea on how to proceed. I would appreciate some hints in the game if you ever get stuck. Good job!
Is the door with the disks supposed to open automatically after arranging them according to the discs on the shelf?
Thank you for playing. Is it the keypad next to the door? The symbols do mach the discs, maybe the order is important ;) I'm putting together a guide today, just to help if needed. I have added your game to my playlist.
I will check the guide later and continue the game. Thank you!
Very polished and clean looking!
The visuals and audio are lovely. As someone else mentioned, this really does take me back to golden age of online escape room/point and click games. I LOVE it!
A little tough in places but reasonable! Awesome job here.
Thank you for playing and thank you for the feedback, your game looks great, I've added it to my playlist and am really looking forward to playing it.
This is fun, I love these escape room vibes. The wrench disappeared from my inventory when I used it on the gas cap, but I'm not sure if that matters. I'm restarting and seeing if I can get further.
Thank you for playing. It's made that the wrench is removed from inventory after you have used it on the cap, you won't need it again. I have added your game to my playlist.
Thanks for the follow, just wanted to let you know I did manage to finish the game last week! I loved how expansive the play area was, and I had a lot of fun "a-ha!" moments with the wide variety of puzzles. Great work.
I love a good point n click... this one is really well done and professional-looking! It reminds me of point n clicks I used to surf the web to play back in the day :) I got stuck trying to figure out what to do after putting the pipe down on the stairs, but it's not a bad thing that it's challenging
Thank you for playing, sorry to here you got stuck, I'm putting together a walkthrough, it should be up later today. I have added your game to my playlist.
Really liked the black and white theme. The rain sounds brought nice atmosphere. Great job!
Thank you for playing, I have added your game to my playlist and look forward to playing it soon.
