Short and sweet! The game had a very nice flow, it kept me clicking and engaged throughout. Also, fun premise!
Thanks, Honza!
Had a lot of fun with this one! I liked the voice acting - the princess was an amusing character to listen to. The puzzles felt just right in terms of difficulty (although I mixed the candlestick and garter completely by accident). The visuals were pleasant to look at and the music was nice. Maybe a little short, but pretty good. I personally felt the princess could have just thrown the garlic at the vampire though :D
Hehe, that's one of the things I intend to address in a post-jam update. Thanks for the compliments!
Cute and short game, puzzles felt fitting, dialog was funny and the visuals looked great!
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed!
This small game was a joy to play!
Thank you, Ramón!
Genuinely funny, well acted and the puzzle logic was fun without being obtuse. Great work!
Thanks so much!
I love this game the graphics are fab and the voices, especially the ghost armour one.
I got a little stuck with how to get past the vampire but will give it another run later.
Thanks for the compliments, also on behalf of JD Kelly who voiced the ghost knight!
For getting past the vampire... it might be useful to know that the garter is elastic.
Good logics, puzzles don't interrupt the story flow. Fun cameos here and the whole idea is hilarious with a "yummy" cliffhanger, I chose to believe, in the end. Loved the search for the snack (and the voices), thanks!
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it!
Gorgeous graphics, sound, story and puzzles. Great!
Thanks for the compliments ☺
Quite short and light on the puzzles (being more of the "realistic kind" which I always prefer, also in humorous adventures) but very atmospheric and with very funny ideas and dialogue. The voice acting is on point and elevates this to the top ten of this adventure jam!
That's quite the praise. I'm humbled. Thank you!
Very funny and I loved the humour and the jokes. Short but extremely nice to play.
Glad you had fun 😊
I just now remember to play your game lol, and it is as great as I expected. Besides some performance issues no real technical problems. And the story, voice acting, and art were all fun. Sorry I didn't stream your game though hope you don't mind. Either way great work!
Glad you enjoyed it. What performance issues did you experience?
Occasionally the game would start lagging, this could be my computer too, but it seemed worth mentioning. The game almost entirely froze once
Oh that's weird. It's supposed to run smoothly on even a 20 year old computer (I've tested it back on a 550MHz Pentium 2 level machine with Windows 98).
Fun lil game! Quite enjoyed the humor and really liked all the puzzles. They felt fairly simple but rewarding, and it only took a little bit of experimenting to gradually piece together the right order and combinations of things. Atmosphere, music, art, and voice acting are all well suited to the story, characters, and environments. The ending was quite humorous and felt worth the time invested. Nice work!
Thank you for the compliments 😊
Fun game, well executed, with great voice acting, nice artwork, and funny dialogue. Good job!
Thanks for the compliments!
