Interesting mechanics, though I felt it a bit dificult to understand my ultimate goal. The graphics are pleasant, and the game has an overall cool vibe.
Congrats on making a finished game in such a short time!

How does your game represent Mode?
DIMENSIONS ARE THE MODES OF REALITY.
You can swap between 2 different dimensions/modes in my game, Fantasy & Cyberpunk. It is fun.

Cool game mechanics! Love that the “mode” theme ties everything together, from the dimension switching to choosing your ending. Looking at the art style (the location you first spawn in is a good example) I almost wish the camera was NES-style, with the view locked down in a room and only moving when your character moves to another “screen.”
gameplay and controls are super fun, nothing to critique really. i love jumping, and changing modes at the same time, very satisfying. i got harmony btw. but i would've liked some little hint/indicator to where the remaining creatures are. Great Game!
The switching and jumping felt good, specially when you make a hard jump where you have to switch mid air.
I wish there were some consequences when you get closer to one side or the other, but finding all the creatures and converting them to one side was fun.
Figuring out the way to some creatures was challenging which kept the game interesting
Good entry
Really interesting & creative concept! The conjoin/separate mechanic is quite unique.
I enjoyed the presentation - nice colour palette used. I love the design of the player character.
Switching between dimenstions introduces a cool platforming challenge which I enjoyed - I just personally found the player movement a small bit floaty.
Great job & impressive work!
The character movement was really smooth and the switching mechanic was intuitive. I'm a fan of the character and background sprites too. I think the music got a little repetitive for me.
Nice work!
I enjoyed this! There was one section that almost made me quit (because I'm not used to the controls, I kept pressing the wrong buttons), but I powered through and got the chaos ending. The platforming was really good and I was very happy the creatures couldn't kill me so I could focus on the platforming. One suggestion I'd make is making the UP arrow the jump key, at least optionally. I enjoyed the other things too, the music (which I've definitely never heard before) and the art were great. The tutorial was clear, the percentage of objectives were clearly conveyed at the top of the screen (so I knew I needed to explore more) and the majority of the jumps I had to make weren't too hard. And the story was an interesting idea to give the gameplay context. Overall, a really good game!
Loved the aesthetic very much! Fluid controls and a very charming experience overall! Thanks for sharing :))
Looks really cool, sounds really great, unique mode switching made platforming fun, controls were intuitive and the level design was such that it was pretty quick and easy to figure out what I needed to do. Would have been nice to see some more levels, but there's so little time!
Great job! I went and got the harmony ending! I like how you need to time the mode switch to jump on certain platforms. The presentation of the game is done well and the controls are tight. Only one thing that was slightly hard to figure out was which area I have finished converging. But it was straightforward as the map is split into "rooms" that have the robots/bunnies. A really good base to continue expanding the game if you are planning to add more to it.
This was fun, I've never played a game quite like it before. It's very cool that the player can choose their playthrough goal, it reminds me of undertale or knights of the old republic in that sense, and it's done effortlessly here (in the good sense of the word, meaning it looked deceptively easy when complete) as a core game mechanic.
I liked the nostalgic presentation, we don't usually see games with players at this small of a scale on the screen that often these days but in this game it makes perfect sense since we need to see the environment.
I also liked the level design in the top right corner. I feel like in games from around the Atari era developers were more willing to put less organic looking shapes in their levels, and it felt nostalgic to uncover that area.
Really nice game! The movement is fluid and I never felt awkward playing the game that wasn't my own fault swapping the key in my brain haha. Neat concept, a neat playground that tests different platforming sections and skill. Overall pretty short, but you've done super well!
This is a pretty cool game and moving between the dimensions while jumping is challenging but fun
SUPER cool concept! i loved the mechanic of switching between the two dimensions - it made for some really, really interesting platforming challenges. i also very much loved how not only was mode represented through the dimensions, but also by there being two different modes of victory! that's so cool, it makes for such a seamless integration of two different interpretations of the theme that work so well together. you don't often see a game where there's multiple different, opposing ways to win, either. my only gripes with it were that the controls were a tiny bit confusing at times, and it can be a bit tedious to find that one last remaining creature (or pair of creatures) that you forgot to unmerge/merge. i have truly become an agent of chaos >:)
Great job on this one. Good art. Could use a tutorial level to guide you through the mechanic though. I had to do a double take first time playing. Looks pretty easy to expand if you continue working on the game.
I enjoyed the gameplay of swapping between dimensions at the same time as the platforming challenges. The visuals do a good job of indicating where platforms are at in each dimension. Two different ways to win was a great idea!
Fun idea! Harmony path is actually rather difficult if you accidentally hit another creature.
It's a really creative take on the prompt, and the fact that it has 2 ways to progress through the game is also creativity off the roof! Hats off.
