How does your game represent "Power"?
Our game draws inspiration from the 2024 film THE SUBSTANCE, and we wanted to interpret power as the drive to become stronger and better, no matter the cost. We also wanted to put a fun an unexpected spin on the concept, and keep the player guessing as to what the next power will be.

Sick title cards. Really enjoyed playing this, and it was quick & snappy to boot. Nice job!

Love the idea, and how its able to have that sort of "twist" at the last second, really sells the theme. I agree with a lot of the other people this feels like some browser game that would have absolutely popped off in the early 2010s, in the best way possible

Omg I'm getting flash game vibes from this. Love the dramatic stings when each serum is described. I was not prepared for Serum 03 lol. The end was a quick fun romp as well, didn't overstay it's welcome. Great job!

Now this game kicks all types of ass. I'm getting massive ADDICTINGGAMES.COM 2007 vibes. I figured out the secrets of the hamster and beat that spider bastard. Great job, loved this game! :)

I like this quite a lot. Better feedback would be good, but the game still plays nicely.

Very simple on the surface, but it's super exhilarating and surprisingly tough! Very well done!

I loved how goofy the game is and how it just throws you into the action without warning. I think almost every part of it was as good as can be, I just wish there was some damage feedback on the enemies because I wasn't sure when I was actually hitting them

Thanks for playing!! Damage feedback is absolutely something we wanted to add but just didn't have time to before the deadline

I don't think the game is working for me :( I can pick up the serum but as soon as I load into level one, I am prompted to use my ability with left mouse click but nothing happens! Tried waiting for a while but still nothing. Which is too bad because the game looks really fancy so I wanted to try it. Just thought I would let you know in case it's a bug.

Oh no! That's very strange - I never ran into this when testing. Just sanity checking - since the game is a set smaller resolution than full screen, did you make sure you clicked your mouse inside the window? (Also note than the level will not start until you try your ability, maybe should have made that a bit more clear to the player lol)

Really like the style, with the full screen big text UI.
The hamster was pretty hard but managed to complete, good ending.

Thanks! Makes me really happy that you played all the way through :)
