Loves the graphic and nice music. It is not very clear which layer I am on and I think that the camera going too fast when transitioning between each layer. The 2D perspective by default definitely make some of the levels confusing to solve. Great concept however :)

Developer

Thank you for the feedback!

The idea was that you could check your current layer by pressing shift, which lets you change your point of view to see the level in "3D", but I guess it wasn't enough to make it clear, we'll try to look into it to make it easier to understand!

The art is beautiful, the gameplay is unique, and the interpretation of the theme is clever.

Great Job!

Thank you!

Nice simple puzzle platformer! I like the art style and the music fits pretty well - props to you for making it and the whole aesthetic!:) I found Shift a little tricky at first, but eventually you get the hang of it! If you like cute little characters navigating a world on their own, would love to hear what you think about our game :D c:

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Glad to hear that :). And sure, I'll try to check it out when I have time

Thanks that means the world!

Probably one of my favorite games I've played for this game jam yet! I love the style and audio, it gives a very cute and distinct brand. I was a little confused at first with the dimensions, but the pacing of the introduction of new things was great and I got used to it very quickly. I got quite a few levels in and only stopped because I got stumped on a level for far too long lol, No notes really!

Developer

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it, and if it isn't much of a problem, in which level did you get stumped?

Submitted(+2)

It was level 7! And I just went back to it and figured it out. It was definitely an issue of my critical thinking and not the game itself haha I finished it and it was great!

Developer

Oh nice! Haha, thank you for taking the time to finish it!

Very unique take on the theme that I haven't come across yet in this game jam. To add to this, the game plays well and I dig the art style. The shift mechanic didn't come to me that easily at first, but I learned to use it eventually. Nice entry, well done.

Developer

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the game!

Really loved this game! The puzzles are so well put together, been really enjoying playing it!  Amazing work! :)

Developer

Thank you! Most of the development time went into the level design, playtesting and stuff like that, so we are glad it was good!

Smooth mechanics. Different approach to the theme. Well prepared levels. Nothing to say. Excellent job!

Can you try and rate my game ?

Developer

Thank you! I appreciate it! And sure, It looks cool!

Very fun game. Congrats on finishing it on time!

Developer

Thank you! We managed to submit the final version 3 minutes before the deadline lol

Oh that was really cool, the most polished game I've seen so far °°

The mechanic works great and the esthetic has a charm. I do think the way the different dimensions are laid out is a bit difficult and confusing at first, and the animation that plays when changing dimension is quickly dizzying when you switch several times in a row °°

Developer

Thank you! I agree that the animation can get quite annoying and we're trying to brainstorm some ideas on how to portray the animation while being concise and simple, any ideas you could have are welcome.

Really fun puzzle platformer. the combination between 3d and 2d is really well done and results into some really good puzzles, art is also really good. and I managed to get all stars, so I'm cool now. Had a lot of fun playing it.

Great game. Keep it up♥

Developer(+1)

Thank you! And you're cool indeed, now you get to join the pro players squad.

It's a brilliant platform puzzle game! I love that dimension changing mechanic, i imagine it's quite difficult to pull of.  Making a puzzle game is hard in general so you deserve extra praise for it i think. I also love the monochrome game boy style visuals and the 8-bit music. This is one of the best games i played in the jam so far, especially in terms of game design. Great job!!

PS: I'm dead stuck on level 6

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! We really appreciate the positive feedback, and just as a tip for level 6: Try to save the box from its sad destiny. And try to practice you timing for the star :).

What a great Jam game. The presentation of this is really beautiful. The puzzles were all very well put together. My only criticism is the slight confusion at the start of the game as others have mentioned and that at times it felt slightly sluggish to execute a solution once I had worked it out but these are really just knit picks. You should be very proud of this submission.

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for the kind words. I really appreciate that!!

I understand the confusion at the beginning of the game. It is quite hard trying to explain the concept without words and only trough level design.
Specially when the solution involves cubes and buttons I agree that sometimes executing the solution may feel kind of sluggish and for any further development of the game we will definitely try to fix that.

Anyways, thanks for playing and the feedback. :)

Kinda cool! I didn't immediately get what do to with the W and S options and I got it better only when u showed the SHIFT option: maybe I would have given more space in the game to the SHIFT option overall.. But really was a good idea and original way to approach the theme. :D

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I think as someone else pointed out that having the shift indication on the second level would've been the best option for everyone to understand the concept faster, we will probably create a full version and take that into consideration :)

Submitted(+2)

Genius puzzles! We had a little trouble understanding the mechanic at first, but after that we really loved the game.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it.

We tried to make sure that everyone understood how the mechanic works by at least the end of the level 4, so I hope the level design was able to somehow teach it in the end :)
