How does your game fit the theme?
Its setting is underwater and as you dive deeper and deeper, pressure changes the way how the movement feels and makes certain aspects of the game harder
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
99% yes. I must credit the following:
- Player Hit & Death Sounds: "Collision Studios - Red ocean 2009"
- Pixel Art Cave Background: B"y Lil Cthulhu"

Pretty cool concept and very nice art. I would've loved to be able to use the harpoon as some sort of grappling hook and have some more interesting combat options and movement variety.
Good job anyways!
:) that thing you're talking about is probably mikumoi. a friend of mine, that's her oc. chance of her spawning is 1%. the reason why it's there is because i was too attached to that image when it was a placeholder for enemies, so I decided to keep her in a game as an easter egg.
however, there is another easter egg character. with 0.01% chance MIMI.EXE can spawn. it's op and kills you instantly, but it's unlikely to ever encounter her, I did though and that was amazing xD
I think your game is similar to mine, but your game design is better:)
good game
Art and ambiance are great, the particles add a lot to the underwater feeling. I like the upgrade system, having a downside to stuff is neat and makes the player think before just buying stuff. the knife could have a bit more generous hitbox for the sake of gameplay, I found myself using the harpoon and fleeing more than melee attacking. Fun game, good job!
I thought this was a really well thought out and polished entry. Only minor suggestion would be to make the knife omnidirectional. Well done!
Really fun game, I liked this a lot! I got really close, around 953 atm, before the pressure mechanic got to me and I got killed by fish I couldn't dodge. The upgrade system is really cool since there's a risk/reward system; I was able to get far because I got the health regeneration upgrade. Having treasure chests to find in the sea was cool too. The knife and harpoon combat felt pretty good, though personally I wish the knife had just a little more range. Overall, this was a very fun entry, well done!
This was a lot of fun I liked everything about it. I got stuck on a couple of walls but that didn't take away from the game. Thank you for the post!
Really nice game! I liked a lot the increasing difficoulty, the gameplay is fun, and the graphics and animations are really well done! One problem I had, tho, is it's not very clear when you can hit an enemy, and the slash's hitbox, making hitting enemies conststently very hard. Other than that, it just needs a bit of variety in the landscape going deeper, and that's all! A nicely done game, great job! :D
awesome game. Loved the animation and the audio. The knife swipe is spot on. The fish also looked great. As did thr light/torch. Well done!
Nice game! I love the design of the upgrade catalogue and the art style of the upgrade cards. The enemies as you go deeper were getting crazy which is awesome too! Using the harpoon is a double edged sword which is a great idea - on one hand you can use it as a long range weapon and on the other you can bring enemies closer to you. There are some note worthy bugs but with a little bit of polish I think this game would be even more fun to play - great job to everyone!
I loved this game! I like how every exp reward has a risk to it and the combat is quite smooth though I think the knife's range could be increased ever so slightly. I noticed that each time you play it is procedurally generated but the level design was fair each time. As I got to the halfway point the music became more eerie which makes the new enemies introduced much more terrifying! Congrats!
