This was quite a fun game and clearly well-polished. The wall jumping was annoying at times, but my interest in chasing the guy kept me going. That ending was a chef's kiss, Good job! I hope more people play this!
I enjoyed playing this A LOT! It was very well made: the visuals and audio are very good and the game has a lot of mechanics. I'm stunned that you pulled this off in a single week! :o
I was also surprised by how it all unfolded in the end!
Definitely one of the best submissions that I've played! :)
Thank you a LOT for your comment!
We must admit that, despite the jam being really fun and educational for us, the end result lacks a lot of polish (as you pointed out, but there is also tons of scrapped stuff we didn't have time to implement or test properly) and left us with a bitter taste in our mouthes, so we didn't plan to rate a lot of games to avoid showing it ^^'.
Your heartwarming comment really makes us consider to show it a bit more and not be too ashamed of it, so thank you for that =).
This is definitely NOT a result you should be ashamed of!
I feel like most people have stuff that they would've maybe wanted to do differently or add to their submission (I scrapped 2/3 of the idea that I initially had 😄 partially due to me eventually working alone in the end). Most games that I've played have some bugs or unfinished things, I actually felt like your game didn't really suffer from that.
When playing these games I keep in mind that they were made within a week (and with varying amounts of time invested). And in the end, most people are probably in it for the fun and to learn stuff, and not for the competition. I'm pretty sure your game is doing well with ratings, I gave it 5 stars on most things 🙂.
I'm shocked! That was so amazing, I'm not just being nice now. I totally did not expect it to play out like that. I think it's a first time a jam game got me so emotional. The idea behind this game is absolutely fantastic! Great, great job
Crazy story game. The police did not kill the people so idk what to do then, so jumo trough the guys trowing stuff. Good implentation of the theme.
This is a great game, I really liked the story, and how the gameplay changes up between each experience(In my opinion, the first one is the best one).
