I wished the controls weren't so hard because the art is so good and I very much wanted to experience more. Anyway, it's put together well, but needs some fine tuning. Good work.

How does your game fit the theme?
In my game, there are three special doors that take you to different places. Each place has a part of a diary that the main character forgot about. This connects with the theme by answering the question: What's behind the door?

I appreciate that the assets were made from scratch and some of the designs are really fun, but the difficulty is a bit weird. For example I never managed to do the initial parkour part reliably. The delay on the pogo jump is so large and the dash seems to just straight up not work from time to time. Hollow Knight had similar movement (I assume the pogo jump and the directional attacks were inspired by that), but there the movement was instantaneous, so you could reliably parry off spikes and such. I think having to go through the initial room so many times soured my experience a bit. The eye themes boss had a really cool design, and the sounds effects are nice.
It's pretty hard to get a hang on the controls but a beautiful looking game!

this game looks great i love art by the pogo jumping is pretty weird i just find my self spamming the button to do it other than that this game is great.
The art and music is fantastic, and this is a great game first and foremost. Like some others have said, the controls feel a little bit clunky, and smoother controls would turn this great game into an absolutely fantastic one.
The only issue I encountered was when fighting the big boss. If I died, his sound effects would keep playing and I wouldn't be able to slash/enter any new doors without getting booted to the main menu.
All in all, great work!
Sorry, I'm not voting your game because I can't even end the tutorial. I don't know why, but the pogo timing changes each time I try to do it. Sometimes it plays just when I click, sometimes 500ms after, sometimes I fly really high when doing it and sometimes it just doesn't process and I pass through the blue light when using it...
Great game could not figure out the pogo mechanic for some time specially when i kept going back to the main menu after dying. But great game in terms of art sound and mechanics. Great job!
Amazing work! The animations are great, and I like how each door has different gameplay. The pogo mechanic is great, although it took a little while for me to get used to how attacking is bound to key release rather than key press.
The controls are not the worst but can improve a little bit.
But man, the art is excellent.
Overal the game is really good.
I really like the artstyle and atmosphere! The controls can be a bit loose but I get used to it after a while. Overall a very cool game! Great work :D
