I had a great amount of fun with this game even as a person who doesn't like chess
This was fun, and I dont even like regular chess, thanks for putting the chess engine difficulty on an easy mode, great concept and presentation.
I don't expect much from chess games, but I was very pleasently surprised. Over and over again! Good job on this.
Even though I don't know how to play chess, this game was super fun. The ever-changing rules kept me on my toes. Great work, everyone.
This would make for an interesting multiplayer, perhaps add a coop mode if you're planning on taking it further. The AI is not challenging at all. Also, no castling?

i love the concept, but the chess AI being so poor really hampers the game.

This game really made me laugh!! And yes, it was chaotic. I loved it, even though the opponent didn’t seem to know how to play. But if you let it move without taking out the king, the game gets really funny. At one point, I had no idea what I was doing, and a lot of stuff was happening, but that’s the fun of it! Really cool game. Great job!

Chaotic is right. Wish I could pan the camera when the board elongates/splits. As a chess fan I had fun :)
Awesome idea, it was very cool to see the chess board turn into utter chaos.
I'd say it needs a bit more balancing and playtesting, as some effects are a bit too insane and stuff can happen like: the enemy king standing on a lava tile, so I cannot attack him, etc.
Love chess. The screen is the browser version is a bit small
its a perfect game for this theme, the idea is simple yet great, i definitely can say i enjoyed it.
if i try to be a little more critical, id say the popup for each event could have lasted a bit longer or maybe could have had an okay button to let them vanish for all people to keep up reading all of it before it goes and understand each new event perfectly before their next move...
