Neat game! Liked the machanics and the idea very much. Well done :)
Thank you :)

This game is a little too smart for me, but I'm impressed nonetheless. Great work, love the game!
Just watch some educational youtuber about orbits and comeback other day. I believe you will enjoy it even more :)

Interesting gravitational puzzles, but the scoring system was very confusing.
From the description, I thought that I would be able to puncture the suit in different places, but it always seemed to start the line from the same place no matter where I clicked on the screen.
I managed to complete it though and even though there were a couple of minor issues, I still enjoyed it. Thanks.
Sorry for the confusion... There are 2 things to making a hole in a suit:
- Place on the suit aka direction of thrust. For example if you click your mouse on the same line with astronaut but higher then him, you will punch a hole that will create a thrust towards bottom the screen. But it will not guarantee that astronaut will move that way because gravitational forces are much stronger then thrust of air. So in most cases right solution is either to speed up by giving yourself push in the same direction orbit takes you already or slow down having thrust in opposite direction... That is how orbits work :)
- Other thing is 'when' do you punch a hole, since on different stages of the orbit you have different speed and velocity direction, sometimes(and I was building puzzles in a way it almost always true) its smarter to wait on the orbit for a optimal launch window.
Anyway, hope you enjoyed game regardless of this confusion

Nice I will, btw can you join our discord server as I and my team are making game and we need some people for feedback.this is the link:-https://discord.gg/ghxEm9r.
Hey, loved your game, loved your art , music , game design ,a bit of polish and your game will be pretty cool!
All the best and Good luck! Do check out our game we need the feedback! - https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-3/rate/574293
Thank you. I will checkout your game for sure.

Cool orbital calculations. It seems like you put lots of effort in the game design. Nice job!
Well, I had experience with stuff like this before, but not in GameDev so it was interesting but not super hard problem

I really love the graphic of the game, the game feels hard at first, but its fun when you know how to play it properly :3, cool game :D
Thank you :)

Good work man, physics are awesome also unique idea😁😁
Thank you. I actually happy to hear that you all liked my game :)
please check out mine too when you have time
I checked it out already. Way back in first days of Jam :) You have very nice game on your hands, good sir :)

Took me a while to figure out it worked, but once I did solving the problems was really fun. Sound would make this even more fun. One of the most unique takes on the "Holes" theme that I've seen so far!
Watching my parents playing showed me that yeah, I provide too poor feedback on what you actually doing by moving mouse around the screen. I will improve it in new version.

It is a bit difficult to hit the target but it has a great physics. Wow!
Someone else below suggested a thing that will make hitting the station once you already have a right solution in mind simpler(like snapping to grid). I will implement that when I will rebuilding this for Steam. I happy that so many of you guys enjoyed that mechanics so I have reason to convert it to fully featured game with beautiful graphics and publish on Steam.

cool and fun, keep going :)
Thank you :) Btw, there is a thing, called White Hole that would play nice with your game: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_hole
Even though the graphical style is rather unrefined, the game play was interesting. I'm just interested how much work did go into the whole gravity system :D
Gravity based on Unity's rigid body physics and trajectory is simulated(meaning I run my physics 1000 ticks ahead of actual astronaut position and record all 1000 points astronaut hits, then draw line connecting those points). I also simulate other parts of game mechanics like amount of O2 changing by breathing and thrust, so I can mark different parts of trajectory with green(under the thrust), blue(gravitation only), and grey(still gravitation only but astronaut is dead already :) )

It simply amazes me how you have managed to code this complex gravity mechanics in such a short period of time, you rock! It is indeed a tricky game, but at the same time I find it enterteining to keep trying even when I fail several times, and thats because of those amazing physics programming.
The visuals are amazing, it kinda gives me the retro vibes in an amazing way. Also love the cinematic detail when completing/failing a game, its so cool you have put so much attention in those details.
I hope you keep working on the project and add some audio design. Congratulations for such an outstanding game!
I am amazed on level of support you gays and gals give my. It was my first Game Jam and first time I made a finished product using Unity(I started playing with it in January).
Regarding physics, well it was not that much hard but may be reason is: I am mathematician :)
Joining that jam I was planing to try build something playable during limited time span. And I made a deal with myself: in case if I will get good feedback on mechanics - I will rebuild it prettier in several month span and will publish it on Steam. So yeah, I know what I will do in my spare time soon ;)
Wow, I would love to have someone with such a good understanding of math and physics on our team. Your profile is hard to find, Im sure developers will fight over begging you to join them :)
:) I kinda already have a team. Me and my friend playing with idea to start our own small gamedev studio since new year. He have same background as me and we had a one successful cooperative project during our university years: we made a spiritual successor to BattleCity based on Microsoft XNA. And our current plan is to rebuild it on Unity, publish it on Steam and then go with new ideas and games to have releases several times a year of well made but simple to do and play games. :)
That Jam I entered solo because my friend currently busy and also I was considering it as test run or warm-up before LD 46 which we are going to attempt together as a team. So meet you there, I guess ;)
Amazing, good luck to both of you on your future project and on LD as well. I will buy your game on Steam when you release it for sure <3
Great! That makes one already :) Now I need 9-19 more buyers(depending on how I decided to price it) to cover submission fee for Steam store :D
Haven't I promissed you a Steam release of Gravity Well? Well, I not delivered it yet, but we are on right track already: we have demo up, we will be featured during Steam Summer Festival and you can add it to your wish-list ;)

Really fun idea and great Game. I think the controls can be a little more polished but overall a really funny game :)
Thank you :)

Really unique game! Loved playing it, even the art style although is very crude, it's kinda ok because the main mechanic is quite unique! Of course the UI could be better, but all is second to the main game-play and that's where the game shines. Although a slight "developers hand" tricks were need to improve the trajectory system but overall great game!
Thank you very-very-very much :) I really enjoyed the jam and going to rebuild game from scratch with better graphics that will not relly on my art style but rather on my 3D modeling skills. I got what you was saying about "developers hand", it makes sense to me and I see how it can be implemented.

Interesting mechanics - I like the prediction, where you will end up. However, in the beginning I had quite a hard time to spot the (mostly blue) spacestation on a (mostly blue) background :)
Will be fixed(after Jam, I feel like making any changes during Jam is unfair)
