Wow! Really cool how we interpreted the theme kinda similarly ;) I really like the visual effects and feedback, as well as the main mechanic. Great job!!

Really cool game but i never figured out how i was supposed to use the bullet

Good! I loved and hated that weird physics! :D

A puzzle top down shooter? I mean it works, though I will say that the bullet curving seemed a little too loose and the bullet catching felt a little too lenient, however the game itself is pretty polished mechanically. Well done!

Developer

Well we didn't want the shooting to be too punishing, especially as it was dificult for some people to get the hang of, Glad you liked it though!

Loved the bullet rewind mechanic and the possibility to control the bullet's direction (it reminds me the movie "Wanted"). It is also very challenging, the graphics, musics and sound effects are consistent and the duration of the game seems to be long enough. Well done ;)

A very fun mechanic to play with, and well implemented!

Nice game and a lot harder than it would look at first sight. One thing that tripped me up quite a bit, was the fact that the player was not at a fixed position relative to the camera. This means that whenever I would walk, if the cursor is near, it would become twitchy as it would follow the camera, but I really liked the game.

Good spot! We never noticed that during development, but hopefully it wasn't too bad as most people we've seen playing tend to keep the mouse further away from the center of the scree.

Such a good polished game! Congratulations on making on such a short period of time a very well crafted entry! The bullet mechanic was cool and the different enemies made an interesting experience. The checkpoints are a great addition and makes the player feel progress during the playthrough.

I can't think of any bad things other than maybe the way the bullet moves can be hard to catch at first. Overall, a very solid game, you should feel very proud, hope you had fun participating!

Fun game, I think I like the bullet bounce more than the rewind, pretty much killed every enemy by bouncing bullets around corners. Having destructible objects was a nice touch and I'm glad there were checkpoints because I died a couple of times.

This is a really, really good game. Though I couldn't understand the bullet physics, it's a pretty neat mechanic. I feel some hotline miami vibes hah. Nice game overall, great job!

I relay enjoyed the game

The animation and the physics were really fun but what I need to add to my next game jam game from this one is the text in the levels teaching the player one thing at a time.

A pretty fun twist on a genre! It did feel like the curving bullets was a little inconsistent, but everything else felt great!

Submitted(+2)

Loved this, the rewind bullet and having to catch it ended up being the most fun for me. also loved the curve to the game was it a shader?

Developer(+1)

No it wasn't a shader, it's part of the built in post-processing effects for URP, so it was quite easy to add actually - glad you liked it :)

Developer(+1)

It's a post processing effect from in Unity, so no shader :))

Great game, riccocheting bullets from wals feels great!

Nice job. Loving the concept having to remember the direction  you fired from adds that extra level to this so good. game looks great and level design really played to the bullet bouncing. A lot of fun.

Submitted(+2)

I really love the idea of reversing a bullet in time. At times it was difficult to see where the bullet would bounce. The level and enemy design is solid, I really liked it!

Submitted(+2)

The game is amazing!

I enjoyed the game, and I'd really liked enemies moved more; this way, the returning bullet has a bigger chance of hitting someone. Well done and congrats!
