In what way does your game fit the theme?
The game has turn based movement and action. You can rewind to past turns to knock out enemies and rescue hostages on time, but your current position in the world and supplies won't change.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Besides the sound effects(sources credited after finishing the game) and snippets of code from tutorials/stack overflow it was all made from scratch by myself.

Interesting concept of a turn based dungeon crawling experience but in a modern day setting. Well done!

Wow, the idea was pretty awesome (and original) and the game is really hard, but really simple to understand!

Great job and congrats for the submission! :D

full stars on audio for the death grunt xD. I really like how it made me think on my movements (at first I thought it was like hotline Miami :P

Developer

Thanks, Hotline Miami was one of the games influences, haha

Hi, I'm posting this here because i don't know how to DM on itch, I don't know if it is my computer, but is there a way to tone down the motion blur in your game options?  I ask because I tried playing it, but the motion blur makes me a little dizzy.

It is a very good game. I'm amazed that it has this level of detail in such a short period of time. Well done, you have made a great submission to this jam! Hope you had fun participating

Developer

Thanks for the compliments! It was really fun, although I was really tired at the end.

Solid game. Maybe instead of the wall of text at the beginning, a short tutorial level could have been nice.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I will definitely work on a tutorial for future versions

A bit inconvenient you can't aim over objects like tables and sofas (you can towards something that blocks your movement), apart from this interesting approach with a turn-based game. Good job!

Thanks for the feedback!

Very interesting sound design.. You should have a piano in one of the rooms with a guy playing it. Interesting design, but the first enemy on the first level is slightly annoying because you can't see the the enemy and the enemy tends to attack right on the start.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!. From the feedback I've been receiving, the level design indeed needs a few tweaks.

I had a lot of fun with this, my only suggestion is make the wall of text at the beginning a little more manageable to read, maybe section it out. really fun game play though.

Developer(+1)

The first wall of text I plan to make a level out of it (a tutorial level). The others one I think need to be remade, background and fonts. Thanks for the feedback!

Gostei de mais do jogo, parabéns.

Developer

Valeu, obrigado pelo comentário!

This was a really cool idea, I liked it :D I found the wall of text at the beginning quite hard to read though, I think the colour of the text and background didn't go together well. Nice one though!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I will try to make the colors match better next time. It is indeed hard to read (more so on small screens)

I really enjoyed the gameplay. Sometimes I got shot from people off screen, that was a little annoying. Still a decent and challenging game.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! The offscreen shooting is a bug that I will fix once we can edit our games.

Uhm, never start a game with a panel of text, it deincourages people to play. Nice game though!!

would you like to try mine one meenwhile?

Remember that in the third level due to a bug it doesn't show up the "press shift to rewind" text!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! The wall of text was supposed to be a level, but I was too tired to make one. I at least learned how much value a proper introductory level has though! I played and rated your game, it was really fun!

Thanks<3

Very interesting way to have a puzzle game. I thought I dodged a bullet a couple times guess not. Managed to save two people :p

Interesting as a turn based shooter and has potential in a larger game, but could use a small tutorial to introduce each mechanic.

Overall, great job in producing it in a week!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, the tutorial was definitely lacking.
