A speedrunner platformer type of game with an ability to rewind time!
Fear no more of dying or messing up your run times by getting or failing that specific jump!
Leaderboards let you compete with other players and motivate to achieve even greater results!
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes all of the assets were made by our team of 3 people. A couple of soundtracks were provided by our friends from ChasingTheRise band.

Bro I wanted that #1 time on the tutorial level so bad but I've no idea how they broke 11 😭
I had a lot of fun playing this, it really gives speedrunning games a different twist even though I'm not made for them. xD Really cool, worth checking out, it really feels like breaking spacetime. Super cool
this was really fun to play,I liked how sprite changes shape with speed.
Well I will say there's nothing that makes me feel more like a speedrunner than glitching through levels to get the best time haha. Overall this game is really cool and definitely a unique concept! It's super easy to cheat (spamming rewind to end up on the other side of a platform, rewinding and dashing over and over, etc.), but it is a game jam after all. ;) I really enjoyed playing and (as of writing this) I even made it to fourth on one of the levels! Great job!
The idea of using an online leaderboard is very ingenious. It gives you a reason to play multiple times. The animations are also well made and the levels are challenging enough. I think the controls could be improved, since they don't feel precise, the music loop could be made better and some tile variation in the ground and walls would have been nice
Game is really fun. Could be something. Simple and challenging. Good job with the level design. I bugged out on the fourth board? with the rewind mechanic but after I ran out of time it restarted. Nice job.

Wasn't expecting to see a speedrunning game in this jam, but it works so well with the theme! I'd enjoy optimizing the best path through each stage. One thing that would improve the game is making level objects easier to see, there were several times were I didn't notice the floor had spikes on them because they were so small and dark colored. This was especially annoying in the final level, the blue spikes used near the end were much easier to see though. Great job all around, one of my favorite games so far!
Yeah we managed to implement lighting however didn't manage to get it working on WebGl, we played with lighting for the last few levels so the ability to not seem them is reasonable. Thanks for checking out our game !
This is a very good game! Game theme, audio, game design and of course the game itself is very nicely done! I found it very entartaining :) good job to do that in 1 week!!

Great game! l like how the only thing that gets rewinded is the player. :D, i stopped playing after frozen mountains so i dont know if you used that for a map.

Wow this was super awesome! I really like meatboy/end is nigh controls. Plus, this game has the BEST rewind effect I'm seen so far, great job on the code and rewind effect. Really enjoyed playing this! Found myself going back doing levels again and again for a better time :D The only thing I'd like to mention is the music is a little inconsistent. Great job though! Really fun :)
