Cool graphics and interesting concept.
Would be cool if there were sounds when moving / hitting enemies.

In what way does your game fit the theme?
The game relies on coordinating your units and buffing nearby allies.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, except for music.

I find the game a little too challenging, considering that two classes can't really fend off on their own in combat. On level 4, I tried three different strategies, and I failed on all of them.
Perhaps an ability where the mage can pick off tiles from the map, so she can escape better rather than move two spaces and deal one damage, could help. But that's just me.
Pretty fun game! I do find the difficulty curve a bit hard, but maybe that's because I'm not good at strategy games. It feels like if you don't dispatch of one enemy after it hits you once, it's game over. Really interesting mechanics, and amazing sprite work, good job!
impressed you managed to do this in a week, loved the art and the game is really fun!
This is really nice for a one week game jam. I love how it fits the theme, it looks great, and it's extremely well polished.
I do like to give at least a few pieces of critical feedback, so I'll do my best. You might want to focus on making differences in kind, not just differences in scale for your team ups. maybe doing something like increasing range, blocking off squares for opponents, making you invisible to the enemies, etc. I do understand that it fits the theme and you probably did not have time to make those kinds of adjustments, but I thin it would improve your game. also the music is a bit repetitive, but that's really nit picking.
but again, great job, loved the game, and thanks for making it.

I loved this game! Really unique compared to all the other ones and a really nice spin on the theme. Very good job!
Really cool game. I love strategy games, so I'm biased. The character's buffing auras is a really cool idea. I hope you get this further for more levels and more characters. My suggestion for the future is to allow the player to choose which character to move first, this was kinda frustrating. Anyways, great game, congrats.
I really like the concept, it's simple and well executed, and the art was also very good. The thing about the characters having to be close to each other is kinda similar to the one in my game, but this one's very creative. So yeah overall it's very good!
We had vaguely similar mechanics. I really like idea of auras boosting each character. Much like what people are saying with my game, it took me awhile to understand the enemies. Maybe the ability to click them and understand their potential moves/attacks would be helpful. Nonetheless super interesting game and I had fun playing it through.
Really nice idea and one of the more unique games i've played during the jam so far. Good job!
Awesome art, great tactical gameplay, overall amazing job! A few more levels and characters and this could easily be released on steam. Well done! I'd love if you tried and rated my game too by the way (:
