In what way does your game fit the theme?
You use multiple instances of yourself to progress through levels.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
We created everything from scratch except Unity and its built-in tools such as TextMeshPro, the post processing stack and the Roboto Font

Very nice game. Very nice concept.

Only issue I faced is the first person view felt very sensitive and the camera was moving around so much. Other than that nice simple bgm with nice sfx and seems like some post processing effects too.

Well done!

Developer

Hi!
A sensitivity option and an update to the camera shake will come right after the jam period.
Thanks a lot for your feedback and we're glad you liked it :D

At start it's not easy to synchonize with the clone but when we got it, it's a really intersting game !
Good job ! :)

And for me it's work well on WebGL ;)

Developer

Thanks! We're glad you liked it :D
We personally just recommended against the WebGL version because something got messed up when building which resulted in some shading alongside performance being a bit off.
However we've already put together a fix for that which will release with some other changes after the Jam period.

I wanted to escape with the body clone but unfortunately your own avatar disappears when you start recording so there's no one to hold down the buttons. But considering that you thought of and prevented that type of bug, great work!

Developer

Thank you very much '-'

Very cool concept. The music fits well with the gameplay and the small cutscenes was a great addition to the game. It would be good if you added another option in the settings because the sensitivity was a bit too high for my liking but I got used to it after a while. The game is very fun to play and you did very well in creating the levels.

Developer

Thank you very much for your comment, the sensitivity feature will definitely be added in the future.

Unfortunately on my Mac when launching the game it says that the app is damaged and cannot be launched :-(

I was looking forward to play it, as it has clean stylized  visuals and the other comments made me curious.

Developer

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. macOS was the only platform we could not test due to hardware. I think uploading new builds (for example on google drive) is against the rules so I cannot provide you a working version for macOS yet.

You could give the browser version a go, however it performs relatively bad in comparison and the controls are worse. We will definitely update the game in the future though, with proper macOS support!

We're sorry about that, thanks for your understanding!

The problem with the macOS version is that it's lacking the executable attribute for some reason.

If you have some experience with the command line (terminal), you could try modifying the game attributes using the installation instructions on our game page.

We will release a fixed version after the jam though!

This is a really interesting idea, a nice puzzle game, the levels are designed very well. Was fun to play!

Developer

Thank you (:

I appreciate that you enjoyed it!

This really got me thinking, which is a sign of a good puzzle.  I wish there was a way to fast forward time well recording so you can insert waits for yourself.  Some of the later puzzles are quite clever.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for your nice comment. Your idea with fast forwarding got us thinking. Very helpful!

A really polished game that reminds me of portal! The recording idea is pretty cool, it was fun watching myself walking like a flamingo on the side thinking  *Hey! I control my character better than that!* Puzzles are not super easy and require some thinking but not that hard at the same time for people like me who don't really play this type of games. And the music really adds a lot to the atmosphere. Good job, guys!

Developer

Thanks for your nice words, appreciate your feedback! ^^

Wow! loved the game. The graphics were great and I would absolutely love it if you chose to expand it after the jam. Two recommendations:

1. The running animation while recording was a little awkward. I would change it and make it more subtle

2. Having a quick button press to wither record or play. having to press E then click a button was a little annoying. Maybe use  like e to record and q to play- IDK your game

Other than those two things the game was absolutely amazing! 9/10 from me

Developer(+1)

Appreciate that you gave it such a high rating! We are also planning on updating it after the jam.

Your second point is good however it could get a bit confusing when there are multiple dummies (like in the 4th or 5th level).

Thanks for your feedback, appreciate it!

Wow.  Best game I've played so far.  Really nice graphics, very reminiscent of portal (as described by the developer).  Trying to remember the order to do everything is a real mind-scramble.  Great work.  In just a week too!

Awesome! Thanks for your nice comment!

I LOVE this game's concept. It brings me back to a Minecraft map I believe I watched CaptainSparklez play. It's super fun, and I didn't even get through the first 4 levels before I knew this would be my favorite game I rate for the jam. Awesome work and I would love to see this game progress development-wise!

Developer (1 edit)

I am really happy to hear that and I will check out your game aswell. Thanks for your positive feedback!

Pretty awesome game mechanics! I also really loved the cutscenes at the beginning of the levels! I think with some extra time and polish, you could turn this into a full release! :)
