The Young Explorer and The Elderly Man are re-united and the medicine is delivered making them stronger together.

Yes, all the code and assets are made by me after the date of the Game Jam.

cool game!, some points to improve:
•the colliders are too big
•and the music is a bt repetetive

I liked the game and the idea of the two generations. The art was cool but I would go for a constant pixel size. Music was nice. A bit more SFX would be nice as well. That would also help to give the player more feedback on death. Another thing i would improve is to seperate the backround and the level more clearly. Also I would have liked the theme to be more present in the gameplay.
To be honest: For 9 hours this is amazing.

Can't believe this was made in only 9 hours! Wow! Something you might want to look into after the jam is that sometimes the player can glitch underground, making it impossible to progress or restart.
Some of the levels felt like a repetition of the same thing.
When turning left or right, the main character's position seems to be way off.
The information i get when i press the I button seems to form a safe moving area; i can easily complete most of the levels by pressing the I button and moving.
In the level with the big wall, two thorns and two lava rocks, touching the wall seems to make it impossible to progress.

Good game! I would like it to have some more player interactión other than jump. And maybe improve a bit some hitboxes. Overall it has potential. Keep it up!

Level designs are pretty good. The graphics look nice. but they are not consistent. Better keep all the environment in pixel art. It's amazing that you could make this in so short of time.

Nice game, but you should improve colliders of spikes etc :) Congratulations!
The artwork is a little disjointed in style, but I really like the character animation and background colors. Very wholesome mission to the game :) I might make the hit boxes on the spikes a little smaller though, personally.
Nice short platformer game. Cute graphics. Manage to reach the elder, but i don't know if there was anything else to do there. When I aproach him, the kid goes back to the initial position on that screen. Guess it's the end of the game.
You also should check when turn around, the sprite reposition in other place (X axis) and sometimes you fall from the platform for that bug.
Anyway, it's still a nice mini game. Congratulations!
The music is very relaxing to listen to. The controls are very good. The art for the player looked good but the game always looks better when the pixels are the same size even if the background is just tiled.
Played, a bit buggy, I guess thats expected when you do it in 9 hours :)
A little bit more time I think it can become a neat little platformer :D
