In what way does your game fit the theme?
It is a bullet hell platformer game which gets pretty chaotic with the amout of bullets on screen
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, assets were made in aseprite, music in famitracker and code in godot

I agree with you, Bullet-Hell and "Let there be Chaos" go together really well! I made a bullet-hell too! Really enjoyed this one, although I thought the player was a bit too fast for my taste. I do think allowing the player to stop immediately in the air when they let go of the button was a great idea because it helps the player feel more under my control.
YES! haha I knew I wasn't the only one thinking on a bullet hell! The player movement was a little fast indeed, and i should've made it slower to have more precision, thank you for the feedback, I will definitively check your game! :D
Amazing game! I really enjoyed playing it! good job!
Thanks :D
Nice game, quite fun. One thing I did notice, was how the signs told me to jump after I did all the jumping. I also like the graphics, very classic. Good job.
Omg Ups... haha thanks for pointing that out and for playing the game :D
You're welcome :)
The graphics, sound and music are fantastic. They definitely give the feeling of playing an old retro jump and run from the NES days. The controls make it a bit difficult to perform precise actions. This makes the game overall very difficult. I think it would be enough to slow down the character's movement a bit, then it would be almost perfect.
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah i totally agree that a slower movement and a better jump would make the gameplay more precise and the game more fair! c:
loved the graphics! good job!
I'm glad to hear it! Thanks :D
It's such a well-polished game. You deserve a medal for this!
Thank you soooo muchh! <3
Cool game! Graphics and sound are very good, but game coud be a little slower, it was really hard to tell what was going on on the screen. Really god job though!
What you said makes sense, since the game is on a lower resolution the movement of everything shou've been a bit slower. Thank you for the feedback :DD
Really fun! The graphics are well made and the little delay when you get hit is a great detail.
Thank you! Glad you liked the little details :D

This was an awesome game, It felt very polished and the only thing I didn't like was the jumps not refreshing all the time, but there were ways around that. Major thumbs up.
Below is a speedrun of this game in about 1:15.11s
WOW! Thank you so much, that makes me SO happy! <33 The jump was really a downside because this is a precision type game and having the jump weird sucks! :c I shold've fixed right of the start, but thanks for opening my eyes, the feedback, and for speedrunning my game!!
P.S: It's really interesting how you can just run through levels! I didn't though on playing the game that way :o nice run btw
Cheers man, and honestly I wouldn't be surprised at all if you placed somewhere top 10!
Cohesive aesthetic, and not too difficult once you get used to the floaty jump. Kudos!
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it :D
It's either i'm so bad, or the game is really so hard.
The game is indeed hard. And I didn't put any checkpoints on the first level which turns it a bit unfair! Thanks for the feedback and for playing it :D
this game is difficult, but i like your graphic! check my game too
Thank you! I'll check it out :D
It's really difficult and controls feel a bit off sometimes but it's pretty fun to play.
Thanks for the feedback c: Next time i'm going to focus on the controls firstly! haha
So difficult! But really fun tho, the graphic really help with that
Thank you! Glad you liked it :D
This game is my favourite one so far! Keep it up man
Thank you man! Im glad to hear that, im going to try yours later today! :D
this game is surprisingly really fun! The graphics are so cute, and the hit sound is oddly satisfying, although the platforming is a little hard to control but i got used to it. Great job!
Thank you for the feedback! Looking back, the platformer movements are in fact a bit sloppy haha next time i'll try to do it better! c:
The graphics were nice and it fit very well with the game. I found it to be really challenging and pretty fun (could you have made the difficulty curve a little easier?). The controls were okay, it felt a little too fast for a bullet hell type game. The enemy's AI was really, really good, and hard to defeat. Also it sometimes feels like the game didnt register a jump, could you have added some coyote time? All in all, pretty good submission.
Thanks!! The feedback you gave was really helpfull! The jump in itself is a little buggy and I should've made it better from the start, I didn't add coyote time, but that would've made a big difference, next time i'll be sure to implemente it!
The graphics were nice and seemed to fit well with the style of game. I also like the idea behind it (a platformer bullet hell). Although some things with jumping input felt somewhat off, it felt a little delayed - and also, which is a common problem, it feels like it sometimes doesn't register your jump. This is probably because the player has hit jump right after they fell off the platform. To make the player feel like it registered the game is usually coded to let the player jump off even if they're just off the platform. This is usually made by giving a delay to turning off the "letJump" bool (I don't know if you did this, although I would recommend given more time if so).
Apart from that I didn't have any other problems, keep making games! You're art seems pretty good, so you may want to try and focus on the game design next! I would appreciate if you rated my submission, I'll also try to rate many other submissions.
I didn't do it! I should have done that from the prototype of the game, but in the beggining I didn't think much of it, but now I realised how important that is thanks to the comments and people that who have played it! Next time I will be implementing that since it is in fact a really big difference in gameplay and feel! Thanks for playing it and for the constructive feedback :D
And I will definitively play your game and leave a comment cc:
this game is so hard! it`s great, i really liked it, but i wish there was more checkpoints (found none, maybe i`m just a noob :P)
Oh! On level 1 I didn't put any checkpoints, but on level 2 and 3 I implemented it! Maybe I should've put a few on the first level haha my bad! Thanks for playing it! :DD
