great music and animations, would love the controlls to be a little clearer and for the player models to be different for p1 and p2, but overall really enjoyable and well done for the game jam

Nice! I think it's great seeing fighting games, specially with an AI to fight against, in a game jam. Huge props! It got a little confusing for me since me and my opponent had the same sprites, but I managed to beat the computer after a few tries. Solid entry!

Very stylish game, it has a great retro-inspired feel!

Really like the graphics, the attack animations look especially cool and it also feels good to run and jump around. The music is great makes the fights feel way more epic. As do the bombs that come crashing down and leave trails of fire of course :)

Its great that you already have 3 different kinds of attacks and the AI seems to be working very nicely (although did get stuck once or twice). I think the combat will become even more interesting with more combos etc. At the moment the medium attack seems to be very strong and I think its possible to stun-lock the enemy AI just by spamming 'k'?

All in all great game, I could imagine playing it with a bunch of friends. 

I like the concept but I can't see the character well because of the color of them vs the background and the sound is nice but I like to see some attack sound...and the camera and ai can be better...after you lose the restart button doesn't work ...nice game for the game jam

I like what you achieved in jam time! tho i would say the camera is bit far to read the moves and play accordingly, so i button mashed till i won lol, also good job in replicating the ai! keep it up!

Interesting game, but lacks some readability. There's no sound/visual cues to know if the attacks connected or not, which makes knowing what's going on rather hard.

I'm not much of a fighting game fan but this was fun! I managed to beat the AI. 

There are some issues with the menu you should solve and it would be great if the enemy looked different from the player, maybe a different color?

apart from a few hiccups this is a very nice game! i especially love the art style on it and the  slomotion i believe this game could benifit from some screenshake and hit landed sounds :)

It’s pretty chaotic that’s for sure. There were a lot of lags though and I couldn’t figure out with much detail as to how to play it properly. Great design and music for sure!!

Great game! Loving the look if it and the audio! Makes everything feel super chaotic! Didn't fully understand what was going on and what I had to do, but I still ended up fighting the correct thing!

Everything moves so fast that maybe differentiating the enemy from you with something more than just a change on a small nametag would help.

Apart from that, awesome entry!

The art style and the music were amazing, but it seems some of the main menu and the restart button do not work. But the actual fighter part of the game can use some more polish, though that is just one of the many things that require the time that a game jam cannot provide.

Overall, great animations, art and music, but the gameplay can be made better! Hope you like my game as well!

This was a blast. I really loved your art styles and the overall mechanics seem to be worked out. And I loved the fact that the game slowed down when you where about to punch the other guy. The only criticism that I have, is that both the CPU and Player look alike, which means I got confused as to where I was write often. Just changing the color of the player/CPU to blue or something, could really help.

Apart from that, you have an awesome game! Congrats! :)

Great visuals, could do with some more impact on landing punches, and probably shorter health bars!

I think it’s a nice game. There are some bugs/issues in-game such as unresponding buttons, the player can’t move at the start of the game, and inaccurate hitboxes. Aside from those problems, I think the visuals and music are great. Good game overall.
