How does you game fit the theme?
You play as a witch, trying to escape the evil overlords guards. To defeat them, you only have your illusion magic available to you.
Sneak behind their backs to place fake platforms, so they will drop to their deaths!
After the first level you can also make clones of yourself to distract certain types of guards!
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes!
The music and sfx were made by my brother, the rest was done by me.

This is a really cool game that fits the theme really well. Can you rate my game?
I liked very much the art of the game and concept of it. For me I couldnt go past the second level, maybe Im stupid or maybe the clone mechanic is pretty broken. TLDR I could love your game more if I could pass the second level haha. Also the music was way too repetitive, but enjoyable

First of all, great game! The art is very cool and the music and sound effects are really nice! I love the overall gameplay. The jump was unresponsive from time to time for some reason, but maybe is something from me. Also, the theme could have been improved a little bit. Nonetheless, amazing work, you did a really great job!

Really clever idea! Love the art style too - reminds me of medieval art in a thematic way.
Super solid entry! It was a real challenge too! Loved the simple look and animation of the game, and the mechanics were really fun. I only ran into a few bugs where I was on top of one of the pillars and couldn't jump again for a moment. Clever use of the theme though and really well put together game overall. Good work!

Great Idea! Felt very original and the level design was great. I like how the stones are initially a threat until you realize they throw them at each other.

Probably the most original game concept I've played this jam. For some reason, my clone wouldn't work on the first level, is that because you aren't supposed to have the skill yet? Anyways, nice work.

First, I loved the assets, and that's the main reason I spent 10 min trying to solve the 3rd level where the guards with the rocks appear. I couldn't get past that level because one way or another 2 guards kept bugging standing next to each other but looking in opposite directions. I would have loved that the game was a little but more permissive when you get caught using magic, because the single frame they see you using a spell you die, it would have been nice to have a slight delay when you get spotted. Furthermore, I also got a lot of trouble placing the clone on some platforms, sometimes it allowed perfectly me, and sometimes I had to position the mouse on a particular spot with pinpoint accuracy.
Besides that I found it really fun to play and engaging!
Thank you for your feedback! I'm going to release a version with (hopefully) less bugs after the voting period is over, adding some sort of coyote time for using magic is a great idea! When two guards are at the same platform things can go wrong, sadly I didn't have time to fix that before the deadline because I noticed it too late (guards never have to be on the same platform for the solutions I came up with). I will also look into the clone placement again!

I really really liked to play this game :D the idea seems quite simple but still it is somehow challenging and a really funny! Love to play a witch.
The only real - and very very small - improvement for the gameplay would be, to jump with the space key and to make the illusions with another key. For me it would just be more intuitive to play :)
