Really fun game idea! Did feel a bit repetitive though. If you carry on working on this, maybe add more characteristics to check and add a checking time limit per person?

How does you game fit the theme?
Can you keep the ID fakers out?
Controls
Left Click - Get ID / Give Back ID / Throw ID (you can go back to resting position from throwing position by clicking on person)
Right Click - Zoom in
Confirm the potential guest credentials by matching their eye and hair colour to that of their ID. Be sure to check their age and watermark as well.
Can you get 20 correct screenings before you get 5 incorrect?
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes. I just used open source music though
Credits to Scott Holmes Music for the amazing soundtrack. You can find the songs I used here : https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Scott_Holmes

Very nice Idea. This is the 3rd entry I saw that used this Papers Please kind of game mechanic which fits the theme very well. My only advice would be to add some audio feedback to spice the atmosphere a bit. Other than that the game is a solid entry.Well Done!
cool idea, it's like papers, please. something like a timer would be great to make it more challenging.
I like the concept, had a similar vibe to Papers, Please without the somber tone lol. And as someone else said, man I feel old realizing that 2004 was the cutoff year lmao. Good job!
I loved the concept! Throwing people's IDs was sooo satisfying haha! "Get out of my club you faker!" lol. The only thing I'd say is it could have used more of a tutorial. I wasn't sure what the watermark looked like at first, and because legal drinking age in the US is 21 I kept thinking they needed to be 21 at first. Not your fault on that since you clearly said 18, but I messed up at first. Also, I didn't realize I needed to match hair and eye color. It would have been a nice touch to let you know if you got it wrong and why, kind of like Papers, Please does with the little fax message. Loved the music though and the low-fi 80s computer graphic style. Great job!
Thanks for taking the time to play and give feedback.
You're absolutely right, I would have loved to have added a tutorial and better feedback to the player. The thing is I only got the actual win and loss scenarios done in the last 3 minutes! Time management, huh?
Please follow my channel if you want to see any updates in the future. I have some ideas in the works to polish this title off.
very cool idea and concept
i liked how it all goes down
great game man
This was so awesome! Love the concept and the style and character design is such a vibe! The audio details were wonderful as well! Great job!
Some awesome music you got there fits really well for the setting and that small details you added were great
I'm really sorry, it's not your fault (it's not because of the 144MB weight of your game) , but my computer just won't let me download itch.io games. I truly apologise.
Good luck in the jam!
Thanks for making me feel old....
"this should be easy. everyone who was born after 19... no 2000... wait.. oh my...." haha
I really loved the throwing card animation. might have kicked out a few people that I was not supposed to because of that.
Ahah played a lot to Papers, Please and it reminds me a lot that game ! The music is good and i love how you can throw the id card of someone you don't want in.
All in all it's a great job !
nice job!, it's hard for me tho, papers please games is hard for my small brain lol XD, nice job overall!
