Had fun playing :) I like the different characters and the variety of upgrades, even if I don't know what some of them do. At some point I became immune to damage, which kinda ruined a bit of the fun, but still it was nice just shooting enemies. I also think that the boss appears at a very right moment, because else the game would become boring for being too repetitive. So nice job!

Immune to damage sounds like you reduced your Size to 0. I kept it in as an exploit. 

I'm glad you managed to get to the boss. If you manage to beat the boss, you have a chance of playing as them in later games.

Really appreciate the feedback, viewport stuff is really helpful and I'll have a look into changing how the bonuses are handed out. You've given me some great ideas like maybe a chest that opens after a certain amount of time in the area. I'll have a look at the sound too, I didn't get chance to implement the sound bars saving the new position.

I had loads of fun playing this game and learning all the different mechanics.

I think it was well made but there's this bug where the player's hitbox disappears and the player essentially becomes invicible and even move outside of the visible screen. This is in the web build btw, so you might want to check that out!

I'm aware of reducing the player's hitbox to 0, kinda left that in as an exploit to make you overpowered if you manage to get that lucky and get the right drops. Didn't intend to be able to go out of bounds though, that might need to be tweaked a bit.

Played for about 30 mins straight.. Enjoyed more than I expected. Was fun figuring out the various mechanics. Got to a point one time where I was just firing an endless amount of ... onions(?)... and dominated. :D

Fun concept, I liked the physics with the projectiles, and it makes the game much more interesting compared to other vertical shooters. I also love the upgrading system after each win. My only issue is that the projectiles feel to slow and random at times. Sometimes you win in a few seconds, and other times you win after a minute, there's not much of an in-between.

But, that problem can definitely be fixed with more time spent tweaking variables etc.

Fun little vertical scroller. The bullets were a little too slow and I couldn't read the powerups between levels, but beside that it was good. Ogre throwing onions is a plus.

It's really hard! I did get only to 2. level. 

Maybe make it bit more forgiving next time :D

Thanks for playing. Haha, the first level against the dragon you're meant to lose. and it gets easier every time you win, cos you unlock a new class and get bonuses for that run

Very little content has been added, and because of this it is difficult to write something specific.You need to develop this idea to get something more interesting and more playable .Good luck!

Best pong game ever  made, hands down!  You have  somehow perfectly combined  pong and RPG  combat into this masterpiece, hats off to you!

Music was really cool!

There were some problems though, after I won a match I was still getting hurt! That's no good.

Also the menu was a bit of a weird UX. I think the buttons for new game and quit should be closer together.

I kept the ability to die after combat intentionally, so you have to win decisively if you want to get the treasure. But I might change it if it seems weird to a lot of people.

Yeah, kinda rushed the menu, originally planned to have separate buttons for settings and credits but had to just stick them in there.
