Very fun demo. But, I have two issues that I faced while playing it:

1. I can just pause the game and move the mouse to the other side of the screen, and my spaceship will instantly change its position to the mouse's new position after I resume the game. This will create an issue in the future where the player can just dodge the enemies and patterns you created by pausing the game :/

2. Multiple enemy ships can spawn exactly over each other, which almost made me die multiple times.


Fix these issues when you resume working on it, and you'll end up with a great, fun game :)

Made it to the boss and had fun! It was hard to tell whether I got hit or not without looking at the UI. So hit feedback on the player would be nice. I liked that you didn't have to kill every enemy to advance to the next phase. That gave me the option to kill a couple and evade the rest!

Hey, fun game! There's something about a nice mouse controlled shump that makes me feel so powerful. I think gamedeving for so long has made accurate mouse movement one of my only redeemable gaming skills.

Heyho! Finally a jam shmup where I could reach the end β˜ΊοΈπŸ‘
I think holding the mouse to shoot bullets continuously would be a good next step if you develop the game further.

I really liked the music! The gameplay was a bit too repetitive for my taste though, maybe adding another type of enemy with a different shot pattern would have made it more interesting. Good job overall, nonetheless!

Nice and simple shmup :) I think the audio is a bit too loud, so it gets a bit distracting. Also, the movement is quite fast with the mouse, which makes the game a bit hard. Besides that, nice work :)

music was pretty good, the explosion animation was distractingly slow, and would have been better if you could auto shoot while holding down the left mouse button... pretty good game nonetheless. good job :D

The music is so good and the game is good to play, i just missed an indicator when you got hit, because there was sometimes that a bullet hitted me and i didn't see it.

I enjoyed the game and played it through until the end. The shooting is very satisfying and I like the art that you used in the game. Although the game is mostly intuitive  I think there was some room for more explanation. In particular, I wasn't sure what would happen if the enemies reached the bottom of the screen.

I also really like the mouse control scheme in this style of game, personally.

Very nice audio design, I think it would be a great addition to have some player feedback when you get hitted. Also you should have some shooting cooldown, because right now you could just use an autoclicker to spam bullets everywhere.

Anyway the game is well executed :)

Well titles are hard so no issues with the name XD

The game itself is nice, i like the very precise movement you get for the ship being the exact mouse cursor and also the music is awesome !

The boss at the end was neat, too bad the game was a bit short though.

But anyway i had a good time playing this one, so good job to you guys :)

Cool game I definitely get the title my game was very close to just being called filler tittle I spent the last day of the jam just trying to think of a tittle for it. Really good job on the game the music is really cool and its not shump with a bad title its a shump with a great one.

Epikly cool game!!! Looooooove that sweet juicy audio, and the death is so nice. I have one negative feedback though, You might want to just add a cooldown timer to the game. I can and have used an auto clicker and checked if you just shot a bullet each time you released the left mouse button. If you want to deny cheese in our game, add a cooldown timer or an auto clicker negator in the game. All in all, pretty sweet game!

Super cool game! love the art and sounds! concept is really good! Only thing is its hard to tell when you play is hit with a bullet! some sort of tell like the player flashes or changes color or the screen flashes red would be really nice! Otherwise very good!
