Very cute game.
I thought I had the same problem as several others here in the comments in that I could only place eggs in two ponds.
But then I noticed on the screenshots that the frog character stands in different spots, so I figured out that you could walk around!
Since the game and the description only mentioned mouse controls and space I assumed that that's it.
Ahhh I didn't even think to add the movement controls, silly developer mishap being too used to playing my own game haha. Thanks for pointing that out!

OMG I'm dumb. I didn't realize the little cute frog was me. It felt slightly transparent so I thought it was cozy decoration. Yep! that was it! good catch.

Weird, you should be able to place eggs on all the ponds! It could be a bug, or maybe you ran out of eggs in your inventory (each one can only be placed once). Thanks for playing!
