"YOU WIN!"

I had fun mapping this game after realising there was no way I could complete it without mapping it. I really like the overall look of the game too and it makes good use of the theme in the sense that the  content of the two realms is significatively different.

Nice work, thanks for sharing.

The swapping idea is neat, and I like the sprites! Got really lost in the maze though, and I had a very tough time moving around. Seems like a neat idea that just ran out of time, but the whole aspect of gathering and sacrificing blood is a neat concept!

Would agree that its hard to navigate... I think, I opened 2 doors and couldn't backtrack to the blue one even though I saw it before. Got completely lost and the demon popping from the corner killed me instantly ending my struggle hahaha

But theme is really nicely done!

Controls are a bit awkward but work well. The movement speed is a bit slow for my taste and a “back step” would be nice. Rotation is snappy which I like!

I enjoyed the art and stylization as well as being able to stabby stab!

Could really do with a little bit of music but maybe the lack of music was intentional as it does build a bit of tension.

Core game loop is solid! Nice work!

I think the concept is good. I did struggle with the gameplay overall, not because the game itself was difficult, but because it was hard to navigate. I played it a few times and other than the first key / door. Whenever I found a key I couldn't find the corresponding door. To echo, catdotjs below I think a minimap would have helped with that.

Other areas that I think would benefit from some additional time would be the audio, I do think the general hum in the background works as a non intrusive base audio, but I think that is the only audio in the game. I think some audio on attacking, absorbing blood or picking up items would be beneficial.

Theme wise, the game very clearly hits the mark and I think the core game loop has potential if it is fleshed out a bit more.

I really love the concept. A mini-map would be very helpful though. Audio is just not there in my opinion but, with these jams audio is usually later thought so it is understandable. I would love to see this game worked further(Perhaps procedural generated dungeon?).

It took me few tries to understand what game wants. I couldn't tell first that I can't kill Demon and I'm suppose to kill other beasts from other dimension to sacrifice. Game does require more clarity.

Lastly the art and theme is just top notch. Only thing I would suggest is perhaps the game is bit too bright for itself. If it was a bit darker I feel like it would be even nicer. Overhaul very nice game!

cool aesthetics, and i like the dimensional duality. tried 3 times and kept dying so didnt get to finish :D

I like the duality idea where you travel between different worlds to complete the puzzle and also the mechanic where you lose hp when switching to prevent the player from spamming. Overall the game was great :)

I like the combination of vibrant colors and dark theme. Visual style is simple and I generally like that, but in this case that makes navigation very hard since every wall is same and there is almost no object or mark to guide.
