You get a friend half way through. And I drew a lot of hearts.
Did you use any assets?
I reused generic map, camera, collision, and sound driver code from other projects. The font for the health indicator is also reused. Everything else was created during the jam.

A great rhythm game, very challenging, and the characters walked so smoothly.
Absolutely fantastic, my favourite I've played thus far. I'd love a full game using this mechanic. Full marks.
I liked this game so much more than I had anticipated. Especially the first half, when the gameplay was perfectly tuned to the rhythm of the great music. The second half with the friend was more challenging but the obstacles still felt a bit too few and too slow for my personal taste. Short but extremly fun game! Would love to play more like this in the future 💘
Lovely game! Very stylish. The controls are so smooth and squash on the player sprite adds a lot to the feeling.

WOW!!!!! Too cool. I love the idea of dodging and fighting against text and graphic design. The rhythm-based gameplay was awesome. This is in-your-face and exciting! I would pay good money for a 30-minute version of this!!

I loved Love You To Death to death. The song was catchy and well-synced to the gameplay, and the gameplay itself was just pure fun. Also, the evolution on the main mechanic half way through really caught me off guard (in a good way!). My biggest complaint is that I wish the game were longer.

Great game, a little hard to relate to the theme of the jam, but I really like the concept! The cerebral challenge that the 2 balls game requires, requires an adaptation time anyway :p . I finished with 56, I guess I'm far from the world record ? :D

Hell to the yes, a lot of fun and a killer track, and the friend bit was quite unexpected... Very good!
