Interesting concept. I did not really get the controls in the 3rd dimension as to what I need to do to “eat” the black boxes. First floor stressed me out a bit but on the second try I got it. I think the time of 60s is a bit too long as I’ve waited 40s after I got to 25 points.
I love the aesthetic and theming. I do think it feels a bit too hard and random. I found myself getting frustrated. I would play an easier version of this in a heartbeat. I also think it could be instantly improved by tweaking a few variables. You clearly know what you're doing. Nicely done.
Wow, it was really hard to hit those red squares. The music make me really anxious :D Interesting game submission! Good work!
Wow that was fun, and very hard! The audio feedback from the clicking is what kept me going. My reaction time is pretty slow, so I think by the end I had like -60 point haha
Great submission!
Really interesting game!!
Such a simple concept but really well executed, great job, well done!
The game was really fun and challenging. Loved the music. Great Game!
Oof. This game was harder than I thought it would be. I did like the music. The SFX were a bit harsh. Fun concept. Says you did this game-jam, solo. Nicely done. hard to solo a game-jam.
Well, I've played it and reached the heaven. It was an arduous climb, though.
The game starts off challenging, and really punishes you at the 1st level. I've voided twice (one manually), got lucky on the 3rd try. The key here is being patient, and precise - and don't move after you hit the required points, you don't need to. The sound effect for failing was very icky, perhaps a little too icky, but gets the point across.
The second level is also hard, but you get used to the black box's movements. Got it on my first try, and I think this was a bit more enjoyable, once you get used to the controls, and how both boxes move around.
The 3rd level is almost relaxing. Almost; since the clunky (keyboard) controls, and the fact that there is no real depth perception to accurately touch the cubes means that the experience feels like random chance, rather than precise action, which holds that level back. I did passed it on the 1st try, but I didn't felt in control of the cube at all.
For the music... the strings feel quite opressive, especially when it kept repeating, and it was a bit loud... It does creates an atmosphere of desperation, though, which fits well to the game's theme.
That is all I got to say here. GG & Cheers!
awesome music. are humans capable of passing the first level? i feel like a game journalist.
It was challenging but fun. Also nice pallete and selection of the music
Man that music really hits you. Lol I am forever committed to the void. Best score was maybe 12? I did notice that you have the buttons on the bar with the highlight option which made it kinda obvious where to click. Not bad. Good effort and definitely an interesting theme.
Cool game concept! Challenging difficulty.
Interesting game. I'd suggest to fit the Credits text Font to UI font as well
Thanks. I did, but became too unreadable even with the right size. Wanted the credits to be fully readable, but also didn't wanna go search for another suitable font. :3
Cool game, I like that you made the entire game with just 2 colors.
rate4rate?
Thanksss.
Sure.
