Really well done, a well constructed game... good luck with the jam :)
Dusted off my old controller to check this game out and I like the look of it, seems fun. I'll have to find someone to play a round with me I'm sure that makes the experience much more enjoyable! Good job :)
Really cool game overall especially mechanic wise honestly awesome what you have made. I think i'm gonna play it later with someone else to see how that affects the experience.
I would make the map a bit smaller just so you can sort of see everything and add more particles to make the world feel more alive (like a dust trail on the cart, a little one on doing the buttons or some water from the fountain).
It felt really cool to be a cart pusher.
Looks like a cool game, but unfortunately I couldn't play it because it requires a controller...
You're in luck that my controller still works.
One of the jam requirements is to make the game able to play on Windows with only mouse and keyboard. So you kinda failed at this.
I kinda like Shawn the sheep artstyle here. The music is also good.
The gameplay is not really something I'd love to play but it's not bad. If anything, I'm expecting a more tycoon gameplay mechanics rather than rhythm games.
The performance is rather good compared to many Godot games that I'd been playing so far. Which give me some hope to make 3D games in Godot some days.
This was very fun. You did a great job. I found it to run very smooth, even with intent to bug it out haha. I enjoyed all the little character design choices. I didn't have any friends to invite to join me, but I could see this being an awesome party game. I hope this team continues the project post jam :D
One of my favorites at the moment. Good job!
Really like this game, going to suggest it to my dev mates. You should let people know this game requires a controller and although has multiplayer options it is not available. Massive noob move for not creating an exit.
Thanks for trying out the game! Local multiplayer (or network using parsec) should be functional with controllers only. We only had time to indicate this on the game page and not in-game. Sorry for the inconvenience! Thanks again. Hope all your dev mates like it!
Took a bit to figure out the controls initially but was pretty fun playing around. No one to play local coop with, but it looks like it would be a fun game. Maybe as a mini-game within a larger game?
The bounce pad was pretty fun, when I got on the first time I thought I was going to land on the moon! lol Managed to clip through the map goofing around trying to land on the fountain, but it only happened once and couldn't reproduce.
Thanks for trying out the game! The controls are listed on the game page, and if you can't get anyone to play locally, the program Parsec is a good option for playing local multiplayer games over the internet. Thanks again!
The intro music was killer. Solid gameplay too. Very smooth
Thanks so much! I knew I had to show off my skills on the recorder >:)
Great submission! Definitely gave me some laugh out loud moments especially with the jump pad. Will definitely have to come back to it with some friends and try out the local multiplayer :D
Thanks for trying it out!
A lot of potential! I would maybe adjust the control scheme for keyboard; Shift, Ctrl, and Alt are not common "action buttons" on PC. But I like the space you built, and the idea for the theme is funny! Nice job :)
Sorry you had trouble with the keyboard controls! We definitely did not give that as much thought as we should have. We were really focused on controller controls to the point that the keyboard controls were mostly an afterthought. Still, thanks for trying out our game and commenting!!
Funny game, I'm sure it would be fun in local multiplayer but I'm not able to test that at the moment. The jump pads made me laugh, you go so high.
I love providing nourishment to the famished denizens of Food Mountain! It fills my yearning soul with jubilation!
